Test EVERYTHING. Today there was a beautiful Sony dual cassette deck with remote capabilities. Exactly what I want to tie in with my Sony Remote Commander system. But it said “no exchange” so I walked it over to the power outlet with a cassette tape and plugged it in. The darn thing didn’t even power up!!I picked it up and took it to a staff member and said, you guys can’t be putting “no exchange” on products if you haven’t even tested them. Someone is going to get this home and realize it doesn’t work and they’ll be out the money. That’s not even remotely fair.

I like the fact that you can find most things that you need here, for clothing and some small household items. However, the prices of their clothing are ridiculously expensive, this is a store that has everything donated to them and is supposed to be helping people but for just a few small things (one reusable grocery bag full) I spent over $300.

Scam reselling free things for way more than they are worth second hand.Anyone forced to shop here is being taken advantage of by greedy and lazy business practices.

Staff is friendly, lots of parking, place is clean, easy to maneuver and easy to locate items as well planned outSome prices are crazy for a second-hand store. We went there to get a used mans jacket for someone we know who is financially tight. There was 30-35 of which 15 could have been used. However, the cheapest was $45. We ended up at another store where we bought new for $40.Yet other items are reasonable, so it depends on what they are buying. They make a lot from donations, wish more was given to the charity it supports .....

Such a huge store, very clean, and always busy. Plenty of parking, and easy access. This is definitely our favorite value village.Every time we come here it's so packed, such a popular store!

Smelly, dirty, and prices have sky rocketed. You need to tell the people in line in the morning to stop smoking in line, not everyone wants to smell second hand smoke.
