Service was excellent, the food was exquisite, and the atmosphere was actually nice. It was just a bit loud so it's not really my scene but most people would probably just find it fun. It seems like a good time for the social types.The menu boasts a lot of unique items. I haven't tried boar previously and was really enjoyed the hand pressed boar burger with cherry whiskey candied bacon. The fries were cooked to perfection, perfectly crunchy and tasty. And the Tragically Hipps Caesar is on another level. I've never had such a good Caesar, it featured a steak garnish and was smoked, the flavor was just unreal.Will definitely be coming back, it's a fantastic experience

Tried the boar and candied bacon burger. Thought the meal was a bit pricey when I ordered, but completely understood why when my food arrived. It was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back.

We were there last night. The waitress was amazing and the girls there let me daughter sing 2 songs before leaving. The food was so good, definitely will be back again. Thank you for the fun and excellent experience.

Absolutely amazing Lumberjack poutine with boar, duck and bacon in it. Along with curly fries, cheese curds and gravy! Oh and did I mention it will feed a minimum of 4 adult men!!

The drinks were terrible. The waitress gave the wife another one but it was worse than the first one. My rum and coke was really bad. It tasted like bad drinks in a cheap bar when you were in high school.The food was worse. I won’t go here or recommend to anyone.! We told the waitress all of this before we left.!

Food was great, service was lacking. And I would recommend passing on the water as it tasted like it was full of chemicals. It would of been 5 stars if not for the undesirable service and the bad tasting water. I will give this location the benefit of the doubt and most likely return again as it might just have been one of those days for them when we visited.

We had wings, curly fries and a highball. The highball and fries tasted pretty good but the wings were a 2/5 :/ it was too fatty and we didn't like it that much. Server was nice and friendly. There is a pretty decent view of the sylvan lake from this restaurant. Would go there for drinks again :)

My fiancé and I went to Buks for our First time and we had the best service ever like we ordered our drinks and food, even the chef came out to see us and greeted us and the waitress was absolutely amazing, the chef rewarded us with a free dessert on the house and just felt so treated well and friendly service and people were amazing. If I could give this Rating 100 stars or more I would.Thank you and we will be back again
