Really good facility. Very well kept and a secure environment. Quite expensive for storage and no power in the units to plug in battery tenders.

Excellent customer service, the lady in the office listens to your needs and works with you. Excellent facility, would definitely use them again if needed!

Great staff. Always there to help, and when we found out our unit was a pull through and we only had 1 lock, they let us use one of their til I could get back to lock it up.

Facility and security was great from day one while Kanga Storage. Since Make Space purchased the facility everything was excellent until a business decision was made. Rita was excellent in having to break the disappointing news.Senior management made a decision to give outside storage (large RV,s) 30 days notice to vacate. A far more timely decision should have been given considering that they knew months in advance about their plans. Thanks to Rita for doing her best to convey the news under the circumstances.Excellent communication on her part.Make Space senior management has reached out to me in a timely manner, which is appreciated. While disappointed in their change in business direction they have expressed and satisfied me that the customer is still very important.

We received excellent service with Make Space in Grimsby. Excellent customer service from Rita every step of the way. The container was shipped when requested door to door with no issues. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. Would highly recommend checking them out if you are moving.

Nice facility. Was great as Kanga Storage BUT after being taken over by Make Space things went downhill. I was over charged on several recent bills and I was also locked out a couple times because they said I didn't pay my rent, when in fact, not only had I already paid but I paid a couple days early. So I found storage elsewhere and moved out.
