7-Eleven

The woman working today was very rude! I asked for 3 mg hype juice. She said she only had 5. I wasn't sure I would like it so looked over at my 23 yr old Goddaughter across the store to see what she thought. Then when I went to purchase it the cashier refused to sell it to me (I'm 66) unless my Goddaughter produced her Id since I had looked at her! I was humiliated & felt very angry. The cashier was quite abusive about it. Will never buy at this store again!

They are doing some reno by the big gulp and slurpee machines. It is a one person at a time area. Everything was good. Stuck in line found out I can do a refill slurpee on self scan. Though I needed to go through the clerk as there is no barcode.

I frequent this 7-eleven because it's the closest one to my home and work, but it is probably the worst of Lethrbidge's 5 locations. The slurpee machine is always dirty and often out of order, even in slow seasons. The sanitation (or lack thereof) is very disturbing. The slurpee machine often has hair fibers hanging off the spouts where your drink comes out. It seems like they never clean the slurpee machine when they change flavors - the Dr. Pepper tastes like it's mixed with whatever fruity slurpee was in that pump previously AND IT'S BEEN THAT WAY FOR THE BETTER PART OF A YEAR! There is no way this store can be up to health code standards - nothing ever gets cleaned! The staff does fairly well dealing with some difficult customers, but the store is dirty and unsanitary.EDIT: May 28, 2019: About 5 days ago, the Dr. Pepper Slurpee was GREEN. A couple days after that, the Dr. Pepper was back to LOOKING brown, but TASTED like lime/watermelon/fruit-something. Why aren't you cleaning the Slurpee pumps when you change flavors?! That is unsanitary and gross! Apparently, my earlier review has had no effect.

Best place to me. Always loved dropping by here. 10x better than all other 7-11s, cleaner, fresher foods, keeping things going better than all the other sevs. The workers there are always friendly, always amazing, trying their hardest and I care for them all. Best regards and luck to them and everyone else. They deserve better ratings, more money, and more love for what they do. Keep strong guys, love you all over there and hope you all stay safe.

The gentleman working tonight. Is always such a pleasure to deal with. The food is always stocked and fresh. And he's so friendly and always greats me by name!Such a shame the store is such a disgraceful mess. It absolutly shows that head office doesn't care what so ever about any of there locations. And there appearances. As long as there slinging over priced items, and the new yaughts can be purchased...

Won't let anyone use bathroom. I have a severe digestive disorder and they could clearly see I was desperate to use the facilities and still refused. We used to buy slurpees here regularly but will now be making our future convenience store purchases elsewhere.

After crossing the border I stopped here to use the atm it was the closest fee free atm after the border. The streets are plenty big to pull a camper around and park. This is the best option to grab some Canadian cash instead of paying exchange fees at the bank. You can also get a Canadian prepaid cell phone plan while you are here.

Had terrible experiences. Wouldn't cash a 50 bill. Go there lots but not anymore. Holds cigs like I'm going to steal them with money in hand. You just have to be there to experiance what mean

I Ordered on skip dishes and they cancelled order after confirming purchase went through for payment and they didn’t call me at all disappointed .This 7-Eleven also when I ordered another time only fulfilled part of my skip the dish order. Very upset .

Great staff, a bit dirty but that's ok. We can't do everything, trust me I've worked for 711 for 4 years before and keeping up with spills and stuff got hard once it got busy...
