I have been a client of Donna for a year and a half for my ingrown hair and I'm very pleased with her excellent work I would recommend anyone that has an ingrowing hair problem she does her job very professionally.

I absolutely would not recommend this service. It does not work. This is not REAL electrolysis as she not does insert a needle in any pores. I spoke to a few people (after realizing this treatment is fake) and they also mentioned the unsatisfactory service/treatment they received. Did a few treatments, and no results. It actually irritated my skin more than anything. Absolutely will not go back and I would not recommend this. Do not listen to her.Also, the woman is CRAZY. The place is not that clean and she is a MESS. She is not professional and she will, during every session project ALL her problems (not the good kind) on me. Every session was not pleasant. She didn’t let me relax during the treatment. Also, I confirmed my appointment 3 TIMES with her (by text and by telephone) and when I was on my way to her little cubicle, she canceled last minute. I will definitely will not be returning EVER again and wouldn’t recommend her services and don’t waste your money here.
