Huge Thank you and shout outs to the auto service department!!! I came to visit family from Moncton. my car was giving a hard time they took the time to look over my car at the last min to make sure I could make it home safely with my family! Thank you so very much your auto personnel are truly amazing people ❤

Manager puffed up his chest at me like he's some kind of 'macho man' or something. Honestly was quite funny to watch but not very professional. He also refused to replace watercraft's lifetime warranty items. Quite the place this Canadian Tire .

Customer service at an all time low.Self serve checkouts are now expanding to serve yourself in other departments. The Paint department is the worst. This is my second trip to get paint there and twice I’ve watched store associates acknowledge me and walk away. I’m done chasing these people to sell me paint. Keep it, I’m going to Kent’s from now on.

Although I'm quite disappointed with the service of staff on the floor, an individual (I believe his name is Phil) in the online order department has excellent customer service skills... He has helped me out on several occasions, I'm very impressed with his skills and hope that he is head of the department, with a paycheck that reflects his talent!

Probably one of the worst stores in Canada. I would highly recommend shopping at any of the other great sporting good stores in Miramichi. This is a terrible store with horrible pricing, quality, and specifically, service. A Cluttered cash grab. You would be better off shopping at a quality hardware store, or even Walmart. This is a store best avoided. If you want to spend your time returning goods to rude obnoxious clerks or wasting your money then this is the store for you.

Worst customer service from a Canadian Tire. Called ahead to purchase an item $2800, drive 40 minutes to be told they sold it 5 minutes earlier.Would not hold item but held for someone else.Highly would not recommend this store.I will not be buying anything at Canadian Tire Miramichi again
