I went to get some food today around 4:30 PM. There was no line up, I asked the man who served me about side options. He was very rude and after apr 30 second and 2 questions (seriously) He told me its time to choose or leave because they have line up behind me. This attitude is very sad.I got shocked about this terrible customer service so left the place without ordering.I will never go back, and recommend the place to nobody!

Very good portion, I by myself, as a gym goer who eats a lot, can barely finish one dish. Tastes aright. However people at the counter seem rush when I asked for extra napkins the lady was rude and said there’s already napkins in the bag. I mean, how much are napkins worth for? Can she not be this mean?

I rarely make less than 4 star reviews. I ate here for the first time. The food is not even okay tasting. It just tastes below average/quite bad. Their noodles tastes cheap. The chicken tastes real weird.

The old lady is the most rude person I know. I'm a loyal customer but I really can't stand this woman. There is no good customer service at all. If you need napkins, maybe an extra fork or plate She simply says NO or ask you to pay a ridiculous price for it.

The short Asian guy is super rude. He got my order and not even finish my order and jumped to the other customer and asking the next in line without finishing my order. When I asked him where's my order he look at me with sarcastic eyes and speak chinese with co-order and said that, Your order is with her." I am ordering four and not yet even finish w/ one order. Better for him to tell me that you order is with my finishing with the other server/worker instead of looking on us with sarcastic look on the customer. Super bad experience and NOT happy and with my family. We do have another customer in line who have witness what happened and even commented and answered him back..Please management tell ur server to be more friendly. Thanks"

Terrible service. Cashier was closed to kill me when I was choosing soda. I don’t where are they buying the meat but it’s not good and smells bad.

the guy at the food line kept on rushing me while i was trying to read what the difference items were (my first time there) i said i need a minute and no one else was in line. he kept on asking for my order and made me want to leave cause i was feeling he wasn’t respecting when i said “i’m looking please give me a second”. the ginger beef was okay, it tasted like breakfast sausages though. the mandarin pork was really gross. It’s now 10:30pm and we ordered around 12:30pm. Both myself and my partner only ate from here today and are now experiencing food poisoning symptoms. Do NOT recommend:(

They don’t even deserve that. Works food ever. So dry and no flavour.I am amazed that a food chain like this even exists. Ugly and garbage quality good. Uncooked vegetables and bland taste. Ewkkkk.

I had gone into metro town craving some nice food, this gentle man in the picture was yelling at a paying customer telling them they’re not allowed to ask for samples because they had a mask on while wearing a mask half on his face, not only did he treat them like garbage he treated myself and my partner with disrespect after we had asked for some time to review their items. I will never being going back to this place again and if the management wants to contact me I will most definitely accept and tell you how garbage your service is. Learn to give staff proper training and having proper etiquette towards people, no respect at a for a culture that’s full of respect. Can’t believe I wasted my money here. Please if you’ve read this far don’t even consider to eat here
