Bubble Be Be Pet Grooming Spa

I would recommend this spa as we have had great experiences each and everytime our little poodle was in for grooming. Clean and friendly staff.

My dog was hit by a skunk last summer, and they took her in right away. She was a big golden retriever and I was so impressed with a Service. I am phoning with them right now because my little French bulldog has been hit and it’s 5:30 AM. It’s a great little pet grooming, and more rated our neighborhood.

I brought Tofu for a bath and deshed last week. The groomers there are very friendly and knowledgeable about double coated dogs. They took the time to get rid a lot of tofu undercoat. He got home happy and looking nice. We will definitely be back for a deshed session.

I dropped off my beautiful loving German Shepard Reign for a grooming appointment with Bubble Be Be Pet grooming. Upon picking up Reign, I was caught by surprise by her severe and sudden anxious panic to escape the grooming shop at all costs without even greeting me her handler. That same day Reign did not eat anything she was sleeping continuously for days without food and her head down. I decided it was urgent to take Reign to the vet, upon examination at the Vet office they determined that Reign, my loving female Shepard was actually STRANGLED during her grooming appointment. Immediately I confronted the store owner who stated “ oh yeah! HE was pulling a lot! We PERHAPS pulled his neck too hard damaging his throat” with no apologies or remorse or even a care to know the gender of my pet. Now over a week later Reign is still in terrible shape puking everything she eats, constantly keeping her neck down cause of pain, and a destroyed saddened personality. I have done everything power contacting different governmental services to deal with this animal abuse but I’m hoping this post will do more for future customers. BEWARE OF ANIMAL ABUSE AT THIS SHOP!!!

Previously I had given this groomer a higher rating but after our dog's neck was badly injured at the last appointment I have to reduce my rating. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Our poor dog couldn't eat anything solid for a week and still she is struggling to get back to herself. I am absolutely appauled by the response we received when voicing our concerns to bubble be be. If you can't handle a big dog without being aggressive and forceful then you should not be grooming larger breeds. Our dog was strangled during her grooming appointment and is suffering greatly. Words can not even express how upsetting this experience has been. Save yourself the heart ache.

We moved to the area a year ago and had the daunting task of finding a new groomer for our dog. Luckily, we found this place and have been coming back ever since. Our little guy has a tendency to get a little matted in certain spots, but rather than shaving him down like most places would, they take the extra time and care to get him looking like his best self. Great level of service - after just the first groom, they knew us all by name, asked if 'we wanted the usual'. Would very much recommend!

If i could leave a 0 stars I would. Reign is also my dog and I feel it necessary to warn people and try and save other innocent animals from this place. After my dogs appointment, we went to the vet that confirmed she has tracheal damage. When I called the groomers requesting video footage, I was given the run around and she stated “let me call you back after I review it”. Upon call back the owner mentioned that not all corners of the shop are viewable on camera. She also confirmed that my dog choked herself by pulling. Why would my dog pull away if you’re treating her with gentle respect?This place also uses prongs on the dogs neck as confirmed by the vet. Save your animals mental and physical health and stay as far away as possible. I will be grooming my dog myself from now on, and all the proper channels have been informed. There is an on going investigation with the city for this place. It’s only a matter of time before they get shut down.

It’s been more than a year I brought my dog, Sunny, to this place for a full grooming session, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received!The place is clean, well-maintained and the staffs are friendly.Phoebe is wonderful! She is patient and gentle with Sunny. Grooming always turns good and it is exactly what I asked for.I'll definitely be coming back the next time my furry buddy needs a trim!
