Maple Ridge Movers I hired Maple Ridge Movers team to pack up my POD in preparation for a move from Brampton, ON to Seattle, WA. I was sure all of my stuff would not fit into the POD container but Maple Ridge Movers team proved me wrong. Not only were they fast, but they packed the POD up in a way that every single thing I owned fit. I am super happy with the work they did.

I’m unimpressed by the billing of my move. When I called to book I mentioned the quantity of items that needed to be moved. A two bedroom apartment moving to a townhouse. The first truck to show up was CLEARLY too small. The lead mover asked if I would agree to a second truck and an extra 2 movers. He didn’t say that I would be paying more for this.One more truck and one more mover showed up. The move out took 3.5 hours. The crew took a break at 6:30 and they didn’t arrive at the move in location until after 8pm.My spouse and I helped them unload.The move was completed around 10:30pm.I was charged for 2 trucks, the extra labour and mattress bags - which I never agreed to.I believe the one small truck was sent intentionally knowing that they would need two trucks. My move went from an estimated $800-1000 to well over $2000. When I asked Michael “so the move will cost me under $1000?” He said yes.The movers themselves were all very professional and friendly. I give them high marks. But as for Maple Ridge Moving... i won’t be using your services again. I was mislead and lied to and I don’t appreciate that at all.

They ask for a tip when the job isn’t finished. They leave your stuff on the road and they’re slow. They hit a friend’s truck because they wanted to leave and even took some of our possessions. Overpriced and unprofessional. One guy couldn’t even speak English.
