The rudest lady at shipping office that I've ever had the unfortunate experience encountered in my 29 years of trucking. Worst of the worst attitude and all around wraps up in a bundle of joyless.

Be prepared to wait! Most of the staff are great and just trying to keep up,as for the shipping/receiving office the European guy is rude and can't communicate.He shouldn't be dealing with the public!

Worst place for drivers. In receiving office there is a lady Shawna who is so rude to drivers. If you complaint then whole staff including HR comes in to defend her.

First time there, walked in back-door, the lady in the office barked at me, and so did the European dude saying how did you get in here,I replied walked " forklift operator had a personality of a stick..."
