Needed to get a sim card right away and googled the nearest Rogers store, and this was it, a hole in the wall little mall, walked up to the store and it was gated closed with a sign posted that they will be back at 4:15pm...on a Sunday when they close at 5pm!, it was 3:40pm, did not trust to wait to see if they'd actually be back or not.

Went to exchange my phone and was told they couldn't accept it because of the slightest screen burn in of the battery life, WiFi, etc. icons on the top of the phone. Ended up going to another Rogers location and they took it no problem - I even pointed out what the rep at this location told me and he said it was nothing and he didn't know what the other guy was on about and the phone was mint condition. A lot of wasted time & gas for no reason; just go to another location & not the one in this ghost mall with 80% of the outlets closed.

Stores supposedly opens at 10am, as indicated on their website… go to store at 10:45am and not open. They should really update their website. Awful and waste of time.

Always love going here. No matter where else i go, the level of service does not compare to this place. Now i strictly will go here for my rogers business. The employees are very helpful, friendly, and always make me feel welcome. Even let me charge my phone once when it was dead.
