My wife and I have been clients of Westney Heights Chiropractic Centre since 2017. Their receptionists are always pleasant and friendly. From the point of making our appointments, it is always seamless. In those six years we have never had to wait long in the waiting room. There has been a few occasions where we had to change or cancel an appointment due to our work schedules. They were understanding and have always accommodated us. The other doctors and therapists are also pleasant and friendly.We see Dr. Karen Martindale for chiropractic and Arun Pal for massage on a monthly basis. Their personalities are very warm and friendly, and they are very professional. Years ago, I experienced some discomfort in the right side of my neck. Dr. Karen Martindale asked questions, and used laser therapy and that was resolved. Also a few years ago, I had an issue with tingling in my left hand. Arun Pal, explained what was most likely contributing to that, worked on the areas to address the issue and the tingling subsided. At times my wife and I have fell asleep during massage and tens therapy, and we consistently feel better after our visits. During COVID-19, they followed all Public Health Protocols to ensure their clients were safe. Their reception area, treatment rooms, equipment and washrooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained.Westney Heights Chiropractic Centre has a warm atmosphere and it shows that they care about our health and well being. Dr. David is an incredible chiropractor and an even better person. I went in to see him because of a back issue, he has completely fixed my problem and currently has me on a maintenance program. He has given me a ton of advice in terms of feeling bettering myself. He truly cares about his patients and does not try to upsell you nor give you more treatment than needed.

Westney Heights Chiropractic Centre is awesome. Very professional and helpful. Frontline ladies are the best. Practitioner Lisa Page is the best. She has help me with all my body aches and gave me special information of how to maintain my physical been. I just wished I hadn’t waited this long to return.

I have been using Westney Heights chiropractic centre for quite a few years now. I have found the service to be exceptional. I would highly recommend if you need any type of treatment either massage acupuncture. This is the place to go. You will not be dissatisfied.

Been dealing with issues with back and leg for quite awhile now sciatica and torn tendon in leg. Was recommended here and have had Lisa and Karen do the recommended treatment so that can still function. When they are done I can honestly say that my condition much much better. I would totally recommend this place if you have or experiencing issues. Or if just want therapeutic massage you have just found your place.

The staff at this clinic are very polite and friendly. I am a patient of Dr. Chantal Joseph. Her vibrant personality, along with her extensive knowledge of back and spine issues, treatment plans and techniques has made my experience a positive one. I would definitely recommend Dr. Joseph if you are searching for a chiropractor in the Ajax area.

I've had terrible neck and upper back problems since 2016 but since being treated by Dr. Chantal Joseph, my pain is almost non-existent! I was definitely skeptical before my first visit as I've gotten used to the pain, but I'm so glad I started seeing Dr. Joseph regularly. She provides amazing treatment and follow up exercises for me to do at home which has greatly improved my day-to-day life. I recommend anyone and everyone to visit her/the clinic :)
