I've gotten my hair trimmed at Verve a few times and it is really nice to have someone take the time to listen to what I want, while also knowing what would be best for my hair type. I have very fine hair and Yen knows exactly how to cut it to make it look fuller. She is very sweet and very good at her job. Highly recommend.

My daughter has long, thick, Indian hair. Yen was very patient, she spent the time to detangle gently and taught my daughter how to care for her own hair. She cut and layered her hair wonderfully!

Yen being the longest time friend and hairdresser advisor for my hair type all along, she gave me an opportunity to be the model for newest product for keratin treatment. Yen and Micky always give warm welcome as pleasant as they can. I m very thankful to both of them for caring and giving best service I couldn't get from anywhere else.This product is excellent for hair treatment as the results with shiny and smooth outcome especially after Yen styled my hair and I became a different person with beautiful look as shown in my pictures. This was the first time visiting the salon, as I did my research and it has great reviews. I'm super happy with the results, Yen was such a good listener and warm person. I have thin hair and wanted highlights, I was very nervous but Yen made me feel at ease. I told her I wanted subtle highlights in front and a haircut that can give me more volume. She did thin highlights with a lot of patience, she checked before time and noticed these were good to go, she cut before and after the blow dry to perfect it! I left feeling amazing and still can't stop looking at my hair! I 100% recommend, thank you Yen!

Amazing customer service from the moment I stepped in. Experienced folks who gave me a lot of reassurance especially because it was my first time dying my hair and it turned out amazing! It was a great experience and Yen the lady who did my hair is such a beautiful, wise and talented woman. She’s truly god’s gift, and such a great conversationalist. Mickey and Hazel were amazing as well. Lots of love to everyone who made my hair experience the best especially for someone who dyed her hair for the first time. ❤️❤️

** I have been getting my hair done professionally for years, and I gotta say this is the worst hair cut and color I have ever experienced, Period!! Master Stylist, Yen you did a terrible job!! I absolutely hate your hair cut and the color! The blending, the length of the layers, OMG you cut my hair in straight blunt lines, highlights look like cheetah spots no softening or blending it looks hideous looks and feels like you took a ruler and cut my hair straight across without finishing any blending at the top part, or below the lower part of my back skull! The front is just as worse. You charge $136.00 dollars and some change for this!!!

You’re in good hands with Yen and Mickey! I love my hair, and Yen makes me feel like myself after she cuts my hair. Mickey is by far the best hair washer on the planet. I would go to the verve just for a hair wash even.

We were looking for a hairdresser to cut my son's hair and I chose this place on their high google review. What a wonderful salon! I highly recommend this salon, their mannerism, service and haircut was first class. They treated my 6yo son like an important adult customer. A lovely gentlemen washed his hair and he took such care, it was a great experience for my son's first hairdresser hair wash. Then Yen did a wonderful job cutting his hair, to a style we'd shown her on a photo. She was friendly and made him feel at ease while cutting his hair. We were so happy. We'd just moved to Canada and didn't know where to find a good hairdresser and we were so happy to have found this salon. Worth 5+ stars!

She did great job and she take her time to do the job so you need to be more patient but outcome is great. She did blonde highlights on me. Also her assistant Micky did great job.

Came in today for a haircut - curtain bangs -shorter layers front and layered look at the bottom. I am ABSOLUTELY in love with my result! The customer service is absolutely amazing, I feel comfortable and didn't feel rushed. Hair felt lighter and very stylish after. Would 100% recommend to anyone :) !
