Great service and price. Got my explorer back on the road quickly as promised.

Jeff was amazing and very accommodating. We got to our camp site with a rattle noise in the engine. Being from out of town, Jeff was able to get us in quickly, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in less than 3 hours. His attention to detail and to make sure everything was working properly is a great quality. I would highly recommend Blair Automotive to anyone.

I brought my car into Blair automotive for the first time for a shake in my steering wheel. I’m always a little worried about trying out new shops because of bad experience in the past. Jeff and Mike were quickly able to find the problem and fixed the issue in no time at all. I now only use this shop because of how professional and honest the service was. If your looking for a good quality and honest shop, then this is the one.

My car started making a loud knocking sound and usual mechanic was booked solid. I called Blair Automotive and even though they were also quite busy, they made time to squeeze me in. It turns out that my lug nuts were loose because I forgot to have them retorqued after changing them over for the season- my bad! When I went to pay them, I was told not to worry about it because it was just a quick fix. Not only did they save me from a potential disaster on the road, but they didn't even charge me for their time which they very well should have. I am so thankful!

Blair automotive has to be the most reliable, honest and trustworthy mechanics I've met in a long time. Over 5 dealerships in Ottawa were quoting me over 1300 to fix a fuel pump and Blair did it for 300. Since that experience I've referred countless friends and family to them and to this date they still have my business over anyone else.

Was able to bring my car in the same day I called. After they took a look at my car, they explained the issue and quoted me at $150 plus fluids. Once they called me and told me it was ready, I went in to pay. The gentleman at the front desk said it went easier than they thought, so only $120. Amazing service, fast repairs, very respectful. Highly recommend!!

As the daughter of a grandmaster tech mechanic, it kills me to have to pay full price for repairs and service, but there are times when it is just necessary. I brought my van to Blair’s as he was highly recommended by family.I was absolutely relieved when Jeff called me prior to servicing - he was beyond patient and understanding, and offered me options regarding what needed immediate service and what could wait.I was even more relieved when I got my bill - it was actually less than I had imagined and he had everything fixed up and ready to roll within hours of dropping it off. I couldn’t be any happier with the services they provided - from customer care to price and super fast service with a smile.
