They don't pay you... I've reached out several times now and ask where is my cheque, everytime they say they'll mail it out and never do. Not worth even bothering with them

Terrible company, DON'T waste you're Time to go for any screening or study. Totally liar and making volunteer fool.

I've been doing clinical trials here for many years. They specialize on allergy studies.Friendly staff, extremely clean.Easy access by bus or by car.

I've done the cat study and ragweed study.At first I wasn't sure what to expect and questioned weather this was a legitimate research but it turned out good.The staff are really nice and they always make sure you are ok during the whole study.And the compensation is definitely worth your time.A few things to note: if you don't pass a part of a test or screening, you will not be paid for your time so don't lie your way there.Also one thing they could improve on is the organization when it comes to paying subjects the compensation.

Awful experience from start to finish. In full agreement with the negative reviews stating disorganization and poor service.My first red flag should've been the 10 minutes of them struggling with the blood pressure machines, with me finally suggested maybe it's unplugged from the back (it was). Next I was put in a room to do some screening information that took far longer than it would've had I been given the sheet and a pen to fill out.The final straw was after my ECG. I was told I had irregularities in my heart arrhythmia, and was given a I don't have time for this" brush off explanation that one of my valves closes slower than it should and to speak with my doctor. I left feeling panicked

Wasted four hours only to be disqualified for study based on something that I had already informed them about. They seems very disorganized and slow. They also gave invasive answers to a lot of my questions. They did not inspire any confidence. Would not recommend.

I just came back from a clinical trial. I didn't make it into the study but apparently I gathered enough information to make a review. You need a CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH before you enter any of the studies, you will be paid for your time and compensation of the study regardless if you don't get in. I'm just deducting one star for the lack of organization because they got my hopes up a little bit. They were clear and informative however but they want you to be SURE everything is ok on your end before they proceed.

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS PLACE !!!Went in for Birch testing, passed all required tests.waited weeks for someone to call. Called in numerous times. Half the people I spoke with said I'm in the study, 6 others said I'm not. Nobody would call me back. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing and they want to inject people with new meds.....NOT A CHANCE.STAY FAR AWAY.

I went to a screening to qualify for a study and got to the very end when I found out that I didn't qualify - after 6 HOURS of being in the clinic. I even had a 25 min screening call before this visit. It was a bummer to have spent all that time WITHOUT getting anything in return.IMPORTANT NOTE: They DO NOT compensate you for your time AT ALL even if you spend most of your day there. I spent 8.5 HOURS (6h in screening, 1h drive each way, screening calls prior) of my time for this company and there was NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT or even sympathy/empathy from the staff after they just dismissed me.The lady who helped me check out" was defensive and condescending after I just wanted to confirm that there was ZERO compensation. Where's the humanity here? Someone just spent their day in YOUR company

Overall, as of Feb 2021 the place is legit and fairly professional. I did a study for Cat allergies and how the place works is that you must qualify for each step in the process to get paid for that process. E.g. $50 for initial screening means if you pass the initial screening you get the money. If not then no, EVEN IF you did the screening and spent like 3 hours there. After completing the ENTIRE study, THEN you get paid and they will call you to see if you want to pick up the cheque or have it mailed to you. If someone referred you or you referred someone else make sure they know about it and the $100 referral bonus will arrive separate from the money for participating in the study.Now, I just finished my study and I'm waiting for my cheque so I'll update this to 5 stars when I get my money or change it to 1 star, if I don't.Also: the call centre are DIFFERENT people from the staff you meet in person. Make sure you tell both if you want something properly recorded in their files like referral info. Staff that calls YOU, on the other hand, SHOULD be the same staff that you met in person.
