Clean lobby and hallways well kept landscaping. Super quiet underground gate when it opens/closes.

We have lived here for 3 years and it was fine, the resident manager - Bartek is really professional and listening to all if you needed repairs, or etc. This apartment is amazing, because its closer to schools, malls, has wide parking space, many visitors parking spots, close to Superstore and parks. The apartment is spacious and quiet and friendly neighborhoods. All in all we rate this 9/10 especially to the Resident Manager - Bartek.

I really enjoyed living at this apartment. Very spacious units and big balconies. Rent is not too high. The landlord is great and maintenance was always there when you needed them. Very friendly neighbors. Bonus to be steps away from the mall, bus stops, superstore, walmart and other little shops. Also not too far away from the skytrain at surrey central. I will miss this place dearly. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

I've started to look for a 1 br apartment to rent early in January this year and my experience has been quite stressful: very few building managers actually took time to even respond to the inquiries!Not until I contacted Bartek Pietras, the manager of Greenwood Gardens, Surrey, had I made any progress in my search. Bartek responded promptly, and when I came to view the apartment, I met a very professional property manager with exceptional customer service skills! No wonder, I decided to sign the lease. Bartek has been most helpful and responsive throughout the whole process of renting the apartment. Bartek is highly organized and attentive to tenants' needs. I'm sure that the property is well managed due to his great work!
