We search for a good groomer for awhile , thank god we found them we will not be going anywhere else we drive 40 minutes to go there love them and so do huba he usually gets tress out but not anymore . Totaly recommend them.

drove to this location 45 mins away for my appointment just for them to tell me i'll have to come back in 2 hours, no notice in advance. no respect for peoples time, would not do business again

Don’t waste your time! Decided to try someplace new bc it was closer to home and it definitely was not worth it. Brought two of my dogs in; one being a husky. Husky requires a proper deshedding groom and all she received was and I quote “a bath and a light brush” this causing the most shedding I’ve experienced from her. I questioned her process for grooming a double coated dog (triple coat when she’s malting) bc her grooming session took less than 90 mins (for two dogs) and she implied that any groomer who takes longer than that doesn’t have her experience.Anyone with a double coated dog knows the process takes more than an hr (which is why we pay so much). This groomer never fully dried her undercoat correctly (or at all?) … this means that all of the BASE SHEDDING was left and only the top coat was brushed and removed-as she admitted to only doing a “light brushing” (making it seem like a tidy groom but leaving the undercoat beneath)Within a day, the shedding became unbearable as the groomer had removed all of the top coat sending a message to the undercoat to blow out again. I gave them the opportunity to correct it and groom her properly but when we arrived the second time she began to patronize me with comments such as “ I spoke to other groomers and I can’t believe you are blaming me for your dog shedding, she’s a dog, dogs shed”, and then repeatedly said (as if to deflect blame) “all I did was give her a bath and a light brushing”…and that’s exactly the problem. A light brushing doesn’t cut it for a husky, and leaving out the drying process also doesn’t work!As for my morkie, he was shaved down shorter than I asked , and tufts of hair were left under his “armpits” of his front paws making him look ridiculous (I had to clean him up myself). Needless to say, $190 later and I have my husky booked in elsewhere for her proper grooming session. Oh and don’t forget the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the salon! It punches you in the face when you walk in!Very disappointed!

I brought my dog for the first time and the cut was not what I asked for. she left the face way to long plus she didn't cut the nails. She was patchy with long pieces through the body that I had to cut off myself. I asked to bring my dog back to correct her and she was very rude about it. I will not be bringing my dog back here

We had our 16-week puppy get his haircut and we are very happy and pleased with the service. Excellent price and very passionate owners who treat your pet like it’s theirs. I will certainly recommend them to everyone.

Our little Morkie came from the puppy mill in Brantford and I wanted to find a groomer who lets the dogs roam as she is friendly. I was pleased that there is alot of space for the dogs to just hang out. I left her with JD's and was very nervous so when I received the call she was ready we left immediately. My little morkie was just following Jill all around and she looked great! She was so relaxed and looked so good after the grooming I was so pleased. Jill did exactly what we wanted. I would recommend JD's for sure and we're going back!

This is the perfect place. Always on time, and Scruffy loves it.

Had a great experience!!!! Did such an amazing job, quick and my puppers smelt sooooooo good! Definitely recommend to anyone!
