Today I spoke to receptionist about my father with hearing disability who waited for 5 months for this appointment missed his appointment due to not being able to listen to his voicemail. Previously 3 weeks ago I left her numerous voicemails nobody got back to me. Today, the receptionist was very rude, unprofessional and not compassionate towards her patients because that is her legal duty. First, she told me she will talk to the doctor Mohsen then she completely changed her mind saying that she will not talk to Dr. Mohsen and yelled at me, accused me wrongfully without listening to me and hang up the phone failing to tell me her name, legal complaints procedure or simply my next option as a patient. I called back to ask for my next option she continuously hang up the phone. This is extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour for a clinics receptionist and I am surprised she is still employed.

I can only rate Dr Mohseni in the superlative. He is just as sterling in competence as he is refined in comportment.

Visited the doctor today. Both Deborah and Dr Mohseni are really nice people. Thank you.

Dr Mohseni is a great urologist. I cannot express my gradatued in him expediting the numerous tests i needed in dectecting and treatment advice. Brampton should be proud of having such a great urologist. You can be confident in knowing you are being treated by a top notch doctor.
