I had no problem with the customer service! the person on the phone was really nice although the phone line was busy the first few times I tried calling.it was my first time doing curbside pickup so she was very helpful and patient with me. it was basically ready for pickup immediately so I drove over and pulled up to the shop and i just had to wait in my car a bit as there was another 2 cars doing curbside there as well. It seems like there's only one person answering phones, taking orders and prepping them/handing them out so I guess be patient with them because they seemed quite busy.Maybe worth noting that i already knew what i was getting so i didnt need any advice on what to order or anything.

Rude. They actually closed the store during operation business hours to do inventory. Their sign said they’d be closed till noon, however when I called they told me they would need another 10 minutes, maybe a half hour. I had to call for this information while I was standing outside their store and they felt it best to just wave me off. Unprofessional.

Did this location change ownership?! I used to love going in for my hair colour and taking a look around at all the great products. I went in on Sunday and it looked like a different place. Also, not nice customer service. Tried to give me bad advice to sell products. I've been coloring my own hair for years and what she was trying to tell me was totally wrong. I'm very disappointed. Probably won't be going back to that location.

The worst customer service ever. Rude and inefficient. Took my order over the phone, (that was so hard for them), and told me I could come anytime. When I arrived there was a line up outside and a sign on the door. “Back in 30 min. Sales associate lunch”. Yeah that’s right, the ENTIRE staff went to lunch at 2pm and left a line of customers outside waiting. To add insult to injury, they didn’t apply my Sally Beauty discount AND charged me 15 cents for a paper bag. Sally Beauty is a joke to begin with (Never by their brand name hair colour (Ion), it’s terrible) but when you couple it with bad customer service and shady business practices just stay away. Go anywhere but here. Will never recommend. Especially this location.

I came to the store on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at exactly 6:54pm which was 6mins before they closed. As I walked up to the store, a female brunette employee walked up to the door and locked it and began to walk to the back of the store. She turned around and made eye contact with me and SAW me try to open the door. But she just turned around and kept walking to the back. I was aware the store was closing soon but I knew exactly what I was going to get so I was going to be in and out quickly. Added to the fact that she saw me try to come in and still ignored me. Extremely rude experience.

Went to this location looking for a particular product. Greeted by a friendly staff. Asked for the product I was looking for, she was helpful but perhaps she was new, she needed to ask the other lady, who simply told me they didn't carry that product. And that's it. Didn't offer to show me any alternatives. In fact she didn't even bother to look up. She was reading while talking to me. The friendly staff was apologetic. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe business was not good during covid, but at least try? Five stars for the friendly lady, unfortunately overall ratings diminished by the rude one.

Sometimes people come into your life at the right time I call Sally's first thing on Friday and was greeted on the phone by Brielle ( Hope I spelt her name right) I was in distress, in tears feeling distract looking for a product to help me take up severe matted hair caused by horrible hair fusion hair extensions by a home run business lusciouslocksextentions in burlington. I explained the situation I was in. She reassured me it was ok not to worry. Unfortunately the product I was looking for wasn’t sold at her location. When I say everything happens for a reason it does. If the product was there I would’ve went in bought it and I would’ve tried to attempt getting my hair combed out for day risking loosing half my hair.. By the item not being there she kindly gave me suggestions on what I could do. She reassured me that it would take time and patience. During our conversation she told me her hairdresser she had gone to for years was very good at dematting and dread like extensions and that she could probably help me out. She was located at the old hopedale mall hair chateau I believe it’s called. She did say she she’s usually booked but I could try calling her. I was hopeful. So I made the call. Tiana answered the phone. I told her my situation and who referred me. She was apologetic compassionate and sympathetic and understood what I was going through. She told me she had just gotten a cancellation for 2:30 and to come in so she could take a look at me. Let me end here. I’ll just say she saved me from having to possible shave areas of my head. Brielle thank so so much for making the introduction. From experiencing the worst customer service I’ve ever had to go through to meeting two ladies that honestly I’ll forever be grateful for. Thank you again.

Stopped by for nail polish, but had a few questions. The associate I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful!

Went in to get products for my wife. Alli greeted me as soon as I walk-in. After showing the text of what I needed, they helped me find the product very quickly. Thank you for your help Alli!
