Work Authority

This was my first time coming to Work Authority for boots and I have to say that I'm incredibly impressed. The level of assistance I received from LEXI was unrivaled by any other shoe store. She was very patient and ensured that I was informed on every pair of boots I tried. If they should fit a little snugger, the safety features, whether they'd stretch a lot or a little. She gave me time on my own to try on pairs and wander around, but always was nearby when I voiced my thoughts on them and ready with a suggestion for a different size/similar pair. I must've tried 8 pairs before I found the ones that we're absolutely perfect. I cannot thank Lexi enough! I'll be back for certain :)

Great customer experience. Had an issue with a bad pair of shoes cutting into my ankles.. Daniel took care of the whole return situation and am pleased with the Keen boots he helped me find.

Came here today to purchase new work shoes. The lady working asked me if I needed any help and I told her what I was looking for, she let me know where to find what I needed then let me look around. I pretty quickly found what I needed and bought shoes as well as some new socks. This how shopping should be everywhere. I was helped without being harassed. Overall a great experience. They have nice selection of work wear too. Very nice store

We purchase our work boots here and also gift cards for our staff. We have a job that requires a lot of walking so we go through boots fast. Our son got some major attitude from Penny the manager this week (St Catharines). She was accusatory and reluctant to honour their in store warranty. My husband also had the displeasure of dealing with her the week before that. We're spending on average $300 per pair and 2x per year. If the boots don't last they should be replaced no questions or interrogation needed. Either they are under warranty or they're not. Don't appreciate the attitude. I will be calling head office.

Have shopped here multiple times and received great customer service, staff have been great trying to help me find work boots that fit properly including ordering new styles in and performing exchanges after the fit was not right. Only -1 star because I wish they kept more stock on hand of women's sizes and gear.

Great place for work stuff. They only have safety shoes/boots. So don't go there f you're looking for runners or just plain boots

I wanted to take the time to make sure every one whoo comes online can read this!!!As a essential worker I must say to all MARKS shoppers they left us all hanging in the dust we we work hard in these time Work Authority Is there with open doors to all essential workers !!!! Inviting and helpfull I was able to get new boots pants and well needed work socks .... THANKS WORK AUTHIRITY you have become my #1 stop for work clothes !!!!A+

I arrived to spend over $200.00 on a new pair of work boots and forgot socks. I was advised by the clerk I would need to purchase socks from them before I was able to try on shoes. Thankfully next door their competitor was happy to provide me with socks and I spent my money there.

I've come here twice to get workwear and they've been closed both times when ALL other surrounding businesses are open. I don't know why I even bother trying. They pitch that there's a 6 month warranty on shoes but if you they show any sign of use such as dirt and any scuffs unrelated to your issue they refuse the warranty.

Never actually shopped here because THEY’RE CLOSED WHEN WORKING HOURS ARE OVER. How does that make sense? You’re closed by the time the targeted shopper gets off work. I just need some boots man.
