They told me I could pick up my mailbox key at 5. by the time I got there everything was closed, I called customer service and they mentioned most of their offices were closed for today, and it wasn't even a holliday. Terrible service.

Says the hours are 5am till 1pm. But I sat there from 5am-630am and didnt see a single person, door was locked. No cars. Not sure whats up with this place.
