I ordered a cake for my son's birthday and the bakery team was absolutely the sweetest to me. The cake was gorgeous and I had to stop down an aisle to hold back a few tears. Thanks for providing such quality service.

I am passing through town and stopped at Safeway to get some gas. I found a gas station clean tidy and and lots of water to clean my windshield and paper. Went into the store and purchase a few items again the store is clean tidy well organized and the staff of friendly.

I had really nice service from the lady in the deli although she was running around doing everything with no help from her coworkers serving multiple people.. despite the nice service though this is the most disappointing food I’ve ever had from Safeway deli. I get the same potato salad from every Safeway that I love and this one was so off, too salty too mushy there was just something really not right about it. And my sandwich was mediocre at best and they used sweet pickles? Every other Safeway has dill pickles in their sandwich bar.

Was at the self check out last night with my granddaughter who is only six .And she was getting a bit frustrated. That being said we were packing up our groceries. my granddaughter said hello to the one of your employees. A young blonde Asian or phillipine I just happen to catch her giving my granddaughter a really dirty look .Which I found highly Insulting she is lucky I didn't say much. Maybe have some people skills or training or leave their attitude at home .I understand people have a bad day but should be professional.Also a call to the Manager will be made .

I needed to pick up a few groceries. They had good deals. Store was clean, and lines were not long. Safeway and sobeys are where I buy most of my groceries. Many people say that it's expensive, but you just need to buy shop wisely. The quality of the goods is always good.

The only reason I went there is because I had a free gift card. Almost everything I wanted was at least 40% to 60% more cost than at Superstore. I ended up buying a couple of items that were more just to use up the gift card. The only thing that was a decent price was the imitation crab. So 80% of my gift card went to buying that. I don't know how people can shop there on a regular basis. They must be very wealthy

Women's bathroom in store is very dirty and didn't have any soap and the hand dryer didn't work . They do have a notice saying let us know if bathroom needs attention but honestly don't think customers should have to do that .Bathrooms should be checked regularly.

There was a Gentelmen who worked there, older man who had grey hair down to his shoulders, very disrespectful to me, was rude and arrogant as i was asking for help/trying to find stuff. Workers like him shouldnt be interacting w/ customers imo.
