I live this place. Friendly people, fantastic service. The bar is set with this establishment on how insurance businesses should operate within Brandon. I don't recommend going anywhere else.

I used to love coming to this store because you can get many good products a very good price and they have a big selection of different things but yesterday I spent $150 and the cashier put all the heavy bottles in the same small bag and of course it was going to break and after I paid I asked for another extra bag for the bottles and they charged me 10 cents for it, I understand that all retail charge for bags but come on it was just one bag and I just spent a lot of money and I even come here every week! I’m going to the other locations from now on, I hope they are from a different owner cause they just lost my business.

I find that majority of the staff are useless as far as customer service goes. If you expect to find something and you need to ask someone pick a particular person that you'd always before that isn't just going to say over there or possibly there or I don't know if we have any and then not even bother to check for they just walk away. I don't know there's another one there constantly sweeping the floor constantly in your wake it's like she's lacking attention or something like that not that she's just stands there looks at you till you move. When I owned my business you moved to the customer the customer does not move for you

They have very decent items in this location and I always enjoy browsing here. However, whenever I check out my items, there is this older woman that is always rude. It was the second time that she assisted me in the till and she was not friendly at all. She spoke to me in a very rude tone and no greetings to her customers were said. If you are at work and providing customer service, the least you can do is smile.

The store is quick to change over products, so if you see a seasonal item that you like, you have to buy it. the store is cleaner than others that I have seen before, which makes it feel less cheap. like that there are items that I can purchase here for less. DO be aware NOT everything is cheaper at the dollar store; know your prices!
