Quick Lane Tire & Auto Centre

Both times I have tried to get service done at quick lane it was a much longer wait than we were advised. The last time they said it would be two hours and we went about waiting and trying to kill time. After two hours we returned and were advised that nothing was done because they couldnt get a bolt off and didnt have one available to replace it. They could have called after the first 15 minutes to let us know and not wasted our time for nothing. They were supposed to get the required parts and call me back. After waiting over three weeks I got the work done somewhere else. They seem busy most of the time so hopefully when they do actually complete work its good. Hopefully. This rating is based on the lack of customer service, not the actual mechanic work.

Corey at Quick Lane installed new wheels on my new car. He did a great job and exactly as I had requested and took great care with my car. I appreciated the time he took to do the job to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, easy to work with and honest. Hope I don't have to visit often, but when needed I know where to go!

Figured it’s time I said my two cents.Been going to them on and off for years.You don’t realize how busy they are until you sit in the waiting room hearing them take appointments, handle the window and the customers at the desk would over whelm me.And doing that I quickly realized how professional,skilled and organized John is at the desk.Always great quality work on my cars and takes the time to explain issues.Great people,work and company

My first experience was going to the address and there being no indication Quick Lane existed there. They're part of Highland Ford but unless you've been using them for years you wouldn't know they were associated. No sign led me to miss my appointment. When I rescheduled on the phone and asked why they didn't have a sign I was abruptly hung up on. Upon finally getting ahold of a manager and expressing my concern over their customer service and ability to find their location I was told if I didn't like it, I could take my business elsewhere.Not a good first and only interaction with Quick Lane. I'll not be using them or Highland Ford for any future services or purchases.

John, Parker and the rest of the team provide great customer service and quality work. I recently needed exhaust manifold work done on my F-150 5.4L. I am very pleased with the job they did replacing both manifolds (and broken bolts). Reasonable, competitive pricing and came in just under the estimate. They have earned my trust and highly recommend them.

Incredible customer service. Squeezed us in coming through to Halifax from Cape Breton for our flat tire at their closing time. Highly recommend!
