In August 2022 I had to resolve an urgent matter with my tenant who did not want to leave the property and did not want to pay the rent. AAAI should’ve posted this sometime ago. I was desperate in a need to get my tenants that weren’t paying for almost 2 years out of my house. The courts were backed up.
