Thee worst customer service in all the history of customer services.. my goodness. It's like they don't ever want customers to come back. Mistakingly bought the wrong tickets which we didn't use but no refund. Also the bus we were on broke down in the middle of nowhere.. this business is criminal

Like that there is a pickup + drop off area. However, it would be great if the parking was at least 10-15 minutes as the driver might need to utilize the bathroom facilities after dropping off their passenger.
