Go RV Leduc

One of the best experience I’ve had purchasing my motor home, Jeremy was my sales advisor, knowledgeable and very upfront, worked hard to make me comfortable with my purchase. I purchased a new open range from Go, and the sales and financial teams were awesome to deal with. I was working out of town on a pipeline project, so I paid for them to deliver it as I couldn’t take time off to pick it up. 100 percent awesome service, until it was delivered. It arrived with a broken kitchen window, and a cracked dining area window. They also did not install all of the additional upgrades prior to delivery. When I contacted the service department, they suggested they would have a window made locally for it, and to bring it to Leduc for replacement (from the kootenays). Not possible due to work. When asked about the missing upgrades, I was told they couldn’t install keyless entry on this model (I was told they could when I purchased it). I ended up having to deal with JAYCO directly because the dealership would not correct these items. GoRV in Leduc told me to find a dealership locally and have them contact Go RV and they would take care of the window. I thought they would take care of it and perhaps call a local dealership and do it instead of asking the customer to do it. In the end if JAYCO hadn’t taken care of my concerns; I guarantee GORv wouldn’t have.

Went to Go RV(Leduc location) to look at a few trailers today. We spoke with Brad, he took his time to address and question or concerns. He taught us a lot about trailers. Super upfront and personable! Definitely enjoyed speaking to him and customer service was amazing!Spoke with stephan( in finance) was an awesome, funny conversation the who time. He took his time to tell us about all the backend products. Worked with us. All-in-all a great experience. We left feeling great about our purchase.

Brandon was our guy that helped us get the RV we wanted. He was exceptional, not pushy and knew what he was talking about. We had done a lot of research so we knew exactly what we wanted. His goal was to get that for us. The entire company was so friendly and did a great job. Would definitely recommend Go RV Leduc and Brandon. Thank you Brandon for everything!
