Stopped in today needing some help as I’m from out of town and couldn’t make it to my usual shop, and was really happy with the service! Super friendly, efficient, and very helpful. I was a bit nervous going to a new place as someone who knows nothing about cars, but they are great here! Highly recommend!

Randy was very nice and they did fit replacing my tire without an appointment was initially told they where not even sure if they had my tire size in stock and might be till next week before they did . Ultimately had to buy the only tire type and brand they had on hand due to this . Very short staffed took 4 hours to replace tire . Staff here are courteous though and friendly and price of tire was reasonable ( I think ) . Location is clean and well maintained.

I dont know why anyone would buy tires from anyone other than Kal Tire On 10th Street Nanaimo ...... the best reliable service, best tires with warrenty .... never pay for a flat repair ...... always treated with respect, and never take advantage of as a woman. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED......

Huge rave to Kal Tire on Old Victoria Road in Nanaimo. I took the day off work to go snowboarding with my kids, only to wake up to a flat tire. I showed up without an appointment. They got me in and out in less than an hour and we were able to salvage the day. Thank you for the exceptional customer service from Travis, Randy and the tech that did the work.
