Lots of chatting and giggle by all the staff behind the till while customers are trying to get help on the floor. Then even when they do come to assist, they’re still giggling away and having a grand time, while ignoring the customers. Not much help at all.

Its pretty sad and dissapointing that sale associates are takking amoung themself and not helping us. Usually when I go to the mall I get followed because of my color and whom I am, but for the oast few visits its pretty much sad and I guess its value village shopping for my family.

The employees on cash definitely need more training. The one we dealt with was very confused about whether a Visa card was debit or credit. I know there are visa debits, but this was a straight up visa credit card. Also, they should make an effort to ask if you have their app.

There's a lot of clothing. A LOT. It's overwhelming. However, the only issue I have with this store is the amount of clothes crammed onto the hangers, making some things unshoppable. I'm gently pulling out a side and garmets fall down onto the floor. I don't mind picking them up just feel bad for the workers and can get frustrating at times. I understand fast fashion is in the business industry but man, make things not so crammed. Okay prices for the regular stock stuff, hit up the discount 40-50% off racks if you're looking for a better deal and worth your dollar.

Super annoying that they won't honor their pricing/sale mistakes. I've even had associates apologize for the wrong display, and then say they can't honor the price that's posted.

Great place for tights! If you are a dude and you need tights this is the place! Cheap too, as in price, with plenty of styles. Its like a tights superstore!

Very good customer service, someone from my art class that i recognize helped me out.. its good to see some familiar faces!

Came to this store for some Black Friday shopping. I noticed the one worker at the store was loudly bad mouthing her coworker who was out of the room at the time. I was looking at pants in a stack that were marked as 40% off. I even asked if this was the correct sale for the whole table. The rude coworker said yes. I brought the pants to the till to purchase them but they did not ring up as the 40% off. The girl working the till was very nice and asked the rude girl what was wrong. The rude girl yelled that the pants were just in the section and were in fact not on sale. I am quite sure the rude girls name was Morgan. I also wanted to try on the pants before purchasing them but no one would assist me with the change room. I have very few times felt this uncomfortable at a retail store. I have, however, had this problem before with Ardene.

A Mother's shopping place for her daughter - pants, shirts, socks, jackets, shoes, jewelry, belt, swim wear, hair accessories, new styles daily, trending now, Deals, etc, friendly, helpful staff, music background, excellent display merchandise, well light room, debit, master card, cash,

Waited 5+ minutes for someone to come to the front and ring me through, after having already asked a worker on the floor if someone could come help me and two other women standing in line. Terrible service. Very unimpressed.
