S.I.S. Exterior Renovations

From our first interaction with SIS the service has been outstanding. We had a portion of our home exterior removed and replaced with Hardie Shingles. The installation team was VERY competent and a delight to work with. They were on site for 3 weeks in miserable weather and arrived each day on time. They cleaned up every evening before leaving to ensured nails/staples were picked-up safeguarding our pets. I would absolutely use SIS for any future work and have no hesitation recommending their services.Even our neighbours commented on their workmanship and politeness!

The guys did a great job of painting, stucco and facia as well as new front siding. Work was on time and precise. They even watered my planters in the +30 degree heat. Very pleased with the work done. Many nice comments from the neighbours.

S.I.S Exterior Renovations was amazing! We had a 50 foot balcony refinished and it looks great! Very professional staff, quality second to none! This is the second time S.I.S we have had them out to finish the exterior of our home, last time was Hardy board used for 3 gables on our house. Definitely recommend this company!

The exterior of our house was damaged by a hailstorm in July 2021. SIS completely renovated the exterior of our house, new Hardie board siding, new stone work, plus new front & back decks. Our house looks completely different now and we love it! After the renovation was finished we actually had people come to our door to compliment us, ask what exactly we did and who we used. SIS's work crews were awesome; very professional, friendly and respectful. They answered all our questions and did a fantastic job. Would recommend SIS without hesitation.

We bought the home new in 2006, and after 13 years of abusive Calgary weather, the Crezone, West facing Vinyl and Front Door were due to be replaced. Unfortunately, the home builder did not do us any favors with their bland exteriors. Thankfully, SIS was able to get creative and with mix of Hardie plank and shingles resulting in our home being both unique and stunning with the refresh. Additionally, I couldn't believe the work crew finished the project in TWO days and I was even more impressed that the water and insulation damage was identified and fixed as well. We are extremely pleased with the whole process and implementation. Everyone at SIS had a hand in making us very happy customers - so much so that I started booking the next job minutes after completing this one. Before and after pictures are below.

S.I.S replaced our basement windows and did a fantastic job. The work was completed on the date promised and before the expected time that day. The windows are beautiful and there was no mess to come home to. All of the staff were professional and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this company.

We had our siding replaced with Hardy board and repainted trim and garage. Very happy with the results and that they worked within our budget. Loved that they give mock ups of the design so you can see what it will look like.

After a bit of a slow start due to Covid, SIS Exterior Renovations did a superb job installing Hardie Board siding and trim, new gutters, new front door and garage window. The crews working to complete these tasks were stellar, attentive to detail and responsive to our concerns or questions. SIS kept us informed every step of the way by explaining everything. I would highly recommend SIS for any exterior renovations and expect the same excellence we have experienced.

Had SIS replace my vinyl siding with Hardie board and replace all my soffit, facia and eaves troughs. They were methodical, on time and professional even while working through some harsh winter conditions. Super happy with the results.

Originally ordered two windows from S.I.S. and they did such a great job I placed a second order within days of them finishing that job. They deliver a quality product that is expertly installed with little to be done after they leave except enjoy your beautiful view. Great bunch of folks to work with, thanks guys.
