Customer service is amazing. Order a Patagonia jacket online that was on a great sale price. Canada Post lost the item. I contacted Customer Service and a lovely person named Cyrus responded back and kept me informed. Canada Post messed up but Play Stores made it right. Great customer service.

Excellent customer service and product delivery. I ordered an item, it was shipped on the same day and I received it 3 days later. Item arrived as promised and packed well. Even though it was a local purchase, still like helping the small guy. Thank you Play Sports. Will keep you in mind for future shopping!

I have purchased my running shoes and Olakai products here for a few years now, and I am always impressed with the service and knowledge of their team. Jamey (Jamie or Jaime?) helped me find the proper shoes yesterday and her knowledge of each brand and style was amazing. The selection they keep on hand for wide feet is also impressive and rare. This should be your first stop for all athletic shoes and apparel.
