Waited 1h for my taxi to be cancel, was faster by foot.Everytime I call the waiting time is ridiculous and they can't even tell you when it's gonna arrive

Sadly, with new apps for rides like Uber, Taxis really feel outdated with having to call, long waits and no requirements to offer good service from the driver. The industry needs to adapt to survive, but it's a good alternative if needed. Not bad, but can be much better.

nice person who answerd the phone but told me itscoming soon, when i called 15minutes after, ahe said drivers were in laval (insteadofmascocuhe), somi hadto canceland use uber. uber is the realthing now due to the lact of service by taxi services

We use Because We dont have a choice. On a pas le choix pour autre taxi. Bad call handling and delivery, sometimes very long, sometimes Quick. Call answering team need upgrading their skills.
