Had an X-ray marked as urgent, and in two days and the results hadn’t made it to the doctor. I must have called 50 times in a day, no one ever picks up.Obviously no one cares as they get paid either way. Mean while a patient might be out there with a broken bone.Avoid if at all possible, especially for urgent matters as they won’t be addressed in time. This place is a prime example of severe incompetence in healthcare and is part of the reason why ERs are over filled.

Unprofessional, booked appointment for ultrasound that they do not do at there location and put me out of my conveniences, to call another office to booked another appointment when i could have gone to 1 ultrasound office to get everything done, i think they intentionally booked me for partial of the test, i have when there numerous of times due to close proximity, even after seeing the front desk, disrespect behave to other customers, I would never recommend anyone to the location. I wish I could give O star.

Clowns! They claim weekend walk-in x-ray availability, only to tell people who arrived early, lined up and waited that the technician isn't actually coming in. Go elsewhere for your medical needs.

Horrible service!! I had an appointment for saturday morning it got cancelled nobody told me as apparently the technician wasn’t in! I went there and they said they called me to re scheduled! I again booked it for today at 3pm.I was coming from downtown rushing after work. I called them at 2:58pm to tell them that I will be 10min late. They said ok. They called me back at 3:15pm to inform me that I have to reschedule because I’m not on time and I was just about to reach literally not even 5min away from them!!! But they refused to take me and wanted me to reschedule. Really?!? I won’t go there anymore and I don’t recommend this place at all where don’t value your time and effort!

Does nobody work here? Phone won't get picked up no matter how many times I call. Voicemail is full so nobody is checking. What kind of clinic is this? People have important issues they need dealt with and you won't answer? You're the ones that told me to call and yet I can't reach you for over a week now. Not fair that you can't make an appointment over the phone and are forced to go in person, absolutely ridiculous.

As others have mentioned, this place is very disorganized. First, they don't answer the phone. I phoned over the course of a day, and then decided to drive in to make the appointment, as it's not too far. When we got there, we also waited an hour for someone to come to the front desk. There was no secretary.On the door, there is a sign that says : Sorry

These guys are terrible and have zero regards for appointments. I had an appointment set and the time came and went and they couldn’t care less. The worst part is there was no patient inside. It was simply them taking their time.It was a zero walk in day (sunday) and this is why I booked my appointment on this day yet they didn’t stick to that. Zero apologies for the delay! Very disappointed as I’ve been here before and the service has gone downhill.

Appt was supposed to be for 11:20am, noon came and went. Asked reception if there was an issue....waited another 10min and followed up again. Clear disorganization and not very competent. Will not come here again, horrible service

Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. The lovely woman who runs the x-ray lab is wonderful and made an environment that usually makes me so nervous one that is pleasant and welcoming. I really appreciate how nice everyone was! The clinic itself is very well run too, wait times aren’t long and results are sent to my doctor in a timely manner.

Most unprofessional set up and team. The reception desk did not tell us the pre ultra sound prep requirements for my dad and booked only one appointment instead of the two required by the family doctor. They also messed up the dates for my daughters ultra sound after they originally failed to book the original appointment over the phone. All this happened in a matter of two days. Messing up 4 appointments in two days can’t be just my bad luck. I will also share this with the referring physician so other people don’t go through this unprofessional experience. Stay away from this place.
