After quite some searching I was able to finalise this service provider. Our experience was very good. They are always responsive and on time and they stick to their quote. We were sceptical about the delivery timelines but they finished the job on time and also assured to provide support post construction for any later identified issues.

Vikrant himself is very handy and understands the in and outs of the trade, and more importantly values the needs of this customers. On more than one occasion, he came promptly when there was an emergency. He is well respected by his employees and the communication is clearly and accurately transmitted, leaving no misunderstanding and avoiding possibility of complaints after the fact. He values the relationship more than the money which was clear when I had to remind him a few times that I owe him the money and he needs to come over to get it. My search for another contractor has ended with him.
