DO NOT GET MILK DRINK FROM HERE!!!!I ordered the fresh taro milk and macchiato tea last night for pick up with fantuan. The drinks were ready on a timely manner. However, the milk in the taro milk must have gone bad. As I feel nausea after the drink and been having diarrhea and heartburns.Fantuan refunded me the order, however this does not compensate the distress and harm to my heath. As I am still suffering from stomach pain and diarrhea all day today.

One of the best places you can enjoy a nice drink alone, with your friends, or family! A lot of parking spots! Placing order online and getting drinks in no time! Always fresh and always good! The hot/warm drinks are also great!

The bubble tea was nice but there were a few instances where they messed up my order. Once, I ordered 3 drinks and they messed up on two of the drinks (completely different order, sugar and ice level). Another time, I ordered pearls with my drink but there wasn't any. I hope they improve their service.

I got two drinks from here and it was so good! I love this place! I always go here with my friends, and I love the atmosphere in this location. Their staffs are so friendly whenever I come here! :)

Ordered 9 drinks and miss toppings on 2drinks. I requested 2 drinks remake. And their staff and manager and even the owner refused my request :) What their solution give it to me is refunding topping fees or give 2 free topping when I come in order next time and they ALSO EDUCATE I SHOULD ORDER ONLINED BUT NOT ON THE PHONE to avoid mistakes on orders. That is ridiculous to me. Why do customers have to responsible for the mistakes that made by your store. They cannot even remake the drinks for us only because of we have already finished the drinks but how do we know there’s no topping if didn’t drink it. It doesn’t make sense. It’s funny to me about the owner rejected to remake the drinks with mistakes that made by their staff. Which means we have to buy it again with free toppingsXD !!!ARE U FREAKING KIDDING ME? They decide to reject customers request beside losing customers. If you do not know how to do the business , that’s fine. In this situation, I don’t think my friends and I would ever order it again with such retards’ customer service in this store XD

We are Koo-Koo for Coco!!One Saturday night while picking up our order from Pho Metro we decided to grab some drinks for our meal. Coco was few doors down so we decided to check it out. I've had Coco drinks before but the others in the group had not. Coco originated in Taiwan and now has locations in Canada since 2014. Coco is known for fresh tea, milk tea, fruit tea, yogurt drink, coffee and other beverage products. On this visit we got smoothies and I got a Peach Yogurt with Coconut Jelly. The team at Coco were so great with my kids who know a thing or two about bubble tea, but were at Coco for the first time. The staff took their time and helped the kids order the drinks they wanted ( with a low sugar content of course ). Our drinks were made quick quickly and we were all happy with the drinks we got. If you love this kind of drink, give Coco in the Berczy Village Plaza a try.

I love Cocos but this location was terribly disappointing. The staff that took my order, was rude and unwilling to assist me with my order. I wanted the mango green tea pearl with no pearls and I was willing to pay for additional other toppings.. she was constantly refusing to take my order and she said I had to take the pearls with that drink.. where is the accessibility in accommodations to my allergies? I couldn’t order that drink because she refused to give me that drink without the pearl. I ended up ordering a different drink.In response to your response. That is not my issue. I was willing to pay in full price but option was not permitted..

Bubble tea was great!! The customization limitations must be on certain drinks as I had no issues like the reviews of other locations. Service was fast and efficient. The tapioca bubble were a good consistency of chewiness. Tested out the waters with a brown sugar roasted milk tea. Definitely will try out the other flavours. This location doesn’t seem to busy, like the other locations seem to have. And don’t worry, even if it’s gets busy, they have a big enough space for waiting area for lots of people. Great job. Just need the staff to speak a little louder a it’s hard to hear what they are saying.

My kids bought the Oct month special- the Taro milk tea from Coco at this location after school on Tue. Shockingly we found a small unknown plastic from the drink!! She almost bit on it and luckily she was able to spit it out from her mouth otherwise I couldn't imagine what would happen if she swallowed it! We don't even know what it is.... it is hard and solid, and it definitely shouldn't belong to this drink! It could have caused choking or other serious problem to my children!I am very mad and sent a note to the customer service on Cocos website on Wed. It took them 1 day to come back to me to just ask for the photos (cause on the website there was no photo attachment function), then it took them another day to reply to me said that they just forwarded the photos to the store manager.... The lady kept asking for my phone no. but I told her I am comfortable to use email to communicate with them instead which I don't believe it would be a problem at all in nowadays! Up to today (Sat) I haven't gotten any further responses from them and all I asked for was just an apology/explanation and a refund to this particular drink that maybe harmful to my child. I am very disappinted to Coco and I think I should also let other people know so they know the risks they may have when they get a Coco drink.

Always come here to get Bubba tea, even though I asked for half sugar yhey are always very sweet. the store is really clean and they have signs to tell the customer for social distancing. A lot of time they have special deal for $3.99. But I find they don't put a lot of stuff in the drinks like bubbles red bean nor grass jelly. I rather pay a little bit more if they put a little bit more of these stuffs. Staffs are friendly
