Watch & Jewelry Repair @ Hudson's Bay

Needed a couple links taken out of my watch. They were done in 15 mins. No appointment necessary.

Brought in a vintage Omega watch for repair, which as I understand gets outsourced to a Vancouver facility. The watch was serviced, polished and had a new battery put in. The staff member was still quite knowlegable and she is always friendly and happy to help. The watch came out pretty nice, though they buffed a little heavy on the side.I brought in a vintage Rolex for a new strap yesterday. They had just what I was looking for, and as always the staff member was excellent. Secondly, an elderly woman tripped and fell a few feet away from us and the staff and manager were quick to react and very compassionate. I commed everyone involved and I'm sure the elderly shopper was greatly appreciative.
