Our actual water system upgrade hasn't even started and yet Holman Plumbing already exceeded my expectations. They walked me through mitigating a potentially disastrous emergency frozen pipe situation by phone. Thanks to their responsiveness, calm approach, professionalism and expertise in the field we we able to buy some time until our system can be properly overhauled and upgraded by Holman Plumbing. After dealing with several other water system companies in the Cowichan Valley and having nothing but problems I found Holman Plumbing. Warren and his father are professionals that actually care about the work they do. Every since I had them come by my well and water systems are working perfect! Don't go anywhere else, call Holman Plumbing first.

Holman's provided excellent service. Despite being a very busy time after several storms, freezing temperatures and heavy snow, this company responded to my late day Sunday phone call and were out the next morning to repair a broken water line. They went out of their way to provide emergency service. I was impressed.

Top quality service from a company that actually cares about their product and even more so their clients. Warren was able to complete a fairly large project for me that involved sourcing and installing a new pump that perfectly fit my power requirements and connected to a cistern that has never been used. I had my fingers crossed, but truly didn't need to. Was just really a great experience working with someone that u can trust. Thanks again Holman Plumbing!!

We booked Holman Plumbing to do a well inspection for us on a property we were interested in (in Sooke). Warren looked up well records for the property and neighbours, reviewed documents on the well provided by the seller, and spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering my questions about the inspection and the well. In the end he told me that he didn't think a well inspection would provide me with any information past what I already had and we agreed to forego the inspection and he charged us nothing. This saved us several hundred dollars but I still felt like I had the benefit of his knowledge in reviewing the seller's info. When we need any well servicing in the future I would definitely call him.
