Been coming along in the mornings lately and I cant believe how nice and quiet it is in comparison to the usual morning craziness. The breakfasts are always on point and the hashbrowns are soo nice. Crispy n fresh every time. The Coffee has been a consistent win in my books as well, not once have I had a cup of burnt coffee from this establishment. I can't believe how much this place is missed by ppl in the am. Quick service, great food and coffees and a quiet atmosphere. Perfect to start your day.

A&W route beer, what can be better. Only negative thing I'd that the drive through was closed, but the front sign stating the drive thru window is open, was lit up. I was told that they have no way to turn it off. Bad planning

I am shocked this place has a 4 star rating.This is a poorly ran establishment. The staff are rude. They give attitude and roll eyes.Playing on their phones while every table in the dining room is dirty, while there are children to be sat.If I was the owner of this place I would be embarrassed. Management does not hold themselves to even a decent standard let alone their staff whom are nearly rebellious and certain rude.Food is pretty good. We visitPeriodically , this is not based on one or two visits.

I went to this A&W with my husband for lunch, the place was so dirty and the tables were not clean at all, not even one table. So we ended up doing a take out as it was not clean to dine in. I have never seen any A&W like this before, so disappointed. I shared a video with this review so you everyone can see what I mean.

The worst customer service. The girl at drive-thru today was giving me attitude because they gave me the wrong order and then when I pushed back I was told I would be escorted from the property without my food or money????? then they gave me the food and it was wrong again but I refuse to go back, ever. I'll never return. If you hate your job, find a new one.

Worst food we ever had. It was cold, the food was old, cooked long before we bought it. Very expensive, the 2 burger meals were over $30. If it wasn't for us on our way home and that it was a big hassle and time to turn around and go back we would have brought it back and demanded our money back. We couldn't even eat our meals. Really disappointing. I don't know if I'll ever go back to A&W. We ended up stopping at BK and getting 2 freshly cooked, hot burgers for $5.

Food was barely warm, the cheese didn't melt to the burger one little bit. Ending up throwing out the windows. Not sure how hygienic the place is when employees got their underwear hanging out of their pants. Belts can't be that expensive. Also, get this same order at other A&W's, and costs less. The place seems to be a joke and a disgrace to the franchise. The order taker was arguing with the guy in front of me who was asking why the menu prices didn't match what was in their app.

Came in to have breakfast. The 2 blonde female teen workers at this location greeted us rudely from order to giving us our food, on top of the eye rolls and unwelcome face as we are siting in dinning I can hear her being rude and snotty to the drive through window both girls giggling on their phones loudly i was appalled. I will never attend this location again.Worst costumer service ever and absolutelyno people skill what so ever. They greeted the seniors and other people the exact same. These 2 girls should be fired they do not represnt the food chain well. Or put in the back away from paying customers. 1 star because the back cook made good food. Not the best way to have to start my own before work day. Not sure who to contact as clearly there are many reviews saying rude to customers and obvsly no changes made. Avoid this location

This is my first visit to this branch for breakfast & Coffee. You can find the most delicious pancake. Very neat, nice friendly staff, quiet & not busy place for your morning Coffee. strongly recommend for this branch
