Mr.A+ Tutoring

I had Mr.A as my MCR3U teacher in my high school, and it has been an excellent experience. Before I met him, math always made me so stressed because it is just too abstract. Mr.A changed my attitude towards Math with his unique teaching style. Even it has been two years, I still couldn’t figure out why Mr.A is always able to break down complicated theorems and explains them to you with humorous language + straightforward diagrams.He teaches you, not only the solution, but also a crystal clear way of thinking on math problems. You can apply it to all the feature problems and achieve great success everywhere. His activities in the class will make you feel pushed but not overwhelmed. Also, his course is so rewarding, which gives you a sense of achievement at the end of every class.I highly recommended Mr.A if you are looking for a math tutor. Mr. A is incredibly helpful during our private sessions since my math grades have now changed for the better.  He kindly does his best to make sure I am understanding the current course material before proceeding with something new. With my crazy work schedule he still made sessions very easy to plan and made four sessions a week quite manageable. 100% recommend !

Let me just start by saying that it’s been an absolute pleasure coming to this class. Coming to this tutor has really helped boost my mark up. The teacher was very helpful in many ways. coming to his classes really excites me and his teaching style is adjusted towards every student, according to their needs. I felt more confident doing math in my class and going into tests and exam.

Mr. A is an excellent teacher. Unlike many tutors in the GTA he actually went to and graduated from TDSB schools. Not to mention he is a teacher himself - so he understands what real teachers are looking for. He has the ability to break down complex topics and identify any disconnect a student might have. He is very passionate about education and loves giving students that “Aha!” moment. I would highly recommend him

Both of my kids take tuition from Mr.A and they are really happy and satisfied. He is very helpful and dedicated.

Mr A is my first math tutor. he tutors me grade 10 math and honestly it’s been so helpful. he’s motivated me to to better in school and not only does he give math advice he gives tips for me to be successful and instructions. he reassures me and tells me i can always improve. his teaching style is exactly what i needed like for example if he asks me a math question and i don’t understand, he would re word it perfectly and it would help me understand so much better. i literally have no negative things to say about Mr A he’s been such a good math tutor since the start. since our first class i feel like we have clicked almost immediately and actually have a bond every class. the last thing i want to say about Mr A is that if you have an emergency and you need a class, he will try his absolute best and work his schedule out to fit you in for a class which has been so helpful. thanks a lot Mr A for all your help.

My experience with Mr. A is by far the best experience I’ve had with any tutor. The fact that his first session is free allowed me to get a good understanding of wether this company was the right fit for me. And after one session I knew it would be. He never judged me for asking questions or for taking a bit longer to solve problems. Throughout this semester he helped me with Grade 11 university level functions. His methods and teaching style were more than satisfactory as I believe I was able to learn more effectively one-on-one with him than in school with my teacher. In addition to accommodating my needs by rescheduling when needed, he also offered help through WhatsApp for free in regards to any math questions I had. This was really helpful when I had tests coming up. I would recommend this tutor to anyone who struggles with math or even if you’re simply looking to improve.

I had a great experience with this tutor (I was learning grade 11 functions university level)! He went over any concept I was having trouble with to the best of his abilities and always made sure I wasn't confused about anything. Furthermore, he went above and beyond by allowing me to ask small questions outside of class for free and he took his time to answer them. He has a very friendly and welcoming attitude which never made me feel judged and was very encouraging if I didn't understand something. I have already recommended him to two other students who had the same course as me and they've enjoyed his classes as well. I would recommend him to even more people if given the chance!
