So impressed with this company. The beams and trusses were delivered earlier then I expected. Everyone I talked to from Lee and Spencer, to Sue and the drivers, were incredibly friendly and answered my one million questions and they were always answered with kindness and very quickly.Will definitely be returning to Ontario Truss for my next building.

Completely unimpressed with the product delivered to the site. Ordered 8ft 9.5inch LVL beams. Got what seemed like their leftover garbage. One piece is 9ft7in and has ridges on the beam. One piece measures 9 3/4 in at one end, 9 3/8 at the other. Tried to talk to sales and the guy told me “deal with it” and hung up on me when I told him the issue. If there is anywhere else to go, get your LVL elsewhere. Absolutely horrible product

It was the first time working with this firm, and found them to be very responsive to our inquiries, sorting out details for the roof trusses, pricing, engineering, and answering our questions. Definitely professional and would work with them again.
