Edit: Got a return call! The lady who I spoke to on the phone was kind explained that they were off for the week due to the holiday. I got a consultation over the phone which is easier as I have baby twins at home.They never answer your phone calls and they never return your calls neither! I have been trying for so many days. Don't bother!
