Coco Shoes at Erin Mills is great! Amazing customer service and had a variety of sizes and colours in the pair of shoes I liked! Very quick service from very nice employees who actually helped me a lot! Clean store and wonderful shoes, great brands and reasonably priced! Definitely would recommend and I shop there a lot and they never fail to disappoint! 10/10 for sure! And Alyssa is their best employee! Hilarious, friendly, welcoming and very helpful! Always am very happy to walk in and see her working to help me out!

Horrible, terrible, deceitful, cunning staff who pushed me into buying a pair of shoes I was not interested in by implying that other shoes like it would be unavailable for quite some time. Bought a pair from Erin mills town center which was twice the price of other shops in the mall. Went to return the product within 15 minutes of purchase, she would not take the product back nor would give me the number of management to contact. They have a tiny exchange policy note which is intended to be hidden from the buyers. Additionally, the sales girl did not inform me of their no refund policy despite my reluctance to buy and my unsurety and instead led me to believe that the shoes could be returned despite refusing to do so later on. The store does not have decent inventory to exchange goods that are initially bought stay away from this store if you can. Or give the same amount to charity since coming here is a waste.

The customer service in the Erin mills store is terrible. A week ago I went to this shop to buy shoes for my daughter, and the staff said they currently did not have it in stock so she made us order it. She said a phone call will be made to reach out to us and that the shoes would likely be here by Friday. We came the following Monday, and the employee Sharmeen was extremely rude. She told us that we should not have come to the store if they didn't give us a call and got angry about this matter. I then proceeded to ask whether she was able to give us an estimate as to when the shoes would arrive because we were told last Friday, and she continued to keep a rude attitude while consistently saying she doesn't know. If the store was not able to give us a proper estimate as to when the shoes would come, we would have never ordered in the first place. Moreover, her apology at the end of all this was half-hearted and passive aggressive. My wife and I were taken aback and we left the store feeling frustrated. The employee lacked good communication skills and she had a quick temper, most likely I will not come here again after this.

My rating is to support the manager of the Oshawa Mall location. Lamba is very professional, efficient and helpful. I ended up having an issue and she went out of her way to make sure it could be resolved. Great customer service on her end, thank you!

Take your business somewhere else. Worst customer service ever. These employees hide their faces when the customer comes back. I bought shoes on sale, and i come the next day to return it because i wasnt satisfied with how the show was designed. Manager clearly tells me, no return and shows me the receipt. This is the first time ever that a sore fails to make their customers aware of their policies. First and final time shopping here

They have a wide variety of shoes to choose from and the employees were very friendly and helpful. It was very busy during the black friday weekend but the employees did an excellent job on helping their customers!! I would shop again at COCO shoes!! Additionally they have a reasonably good price on their shoes!!! I got an awesome deal!

coco erin mills has a nice and big collection ! the salesperson was very helpful and nice :). got a nice pair of heels for my daughters wedding.

This review is for the Coco store at Erin Mills Town Center in Mississauga. The Manager whose name is Munu or Manu (Male and south Asian looking) was extremely unprofessional and rude and blatantly lied to us. They were having a bogo event (buy one get one at 50%off). We purchased a pair of shoes a few days prior (within the 10 day policy) and wanted to purchase another pair so we asked if we could return the shoes and purchase both with the bogo discount. Manu AGREED to do this. I asked him to put the pair on hold for half an hour and went home to get the receipt and shoes. When I returned, literally 15 mins later (I live down the street), the sales person Terna who was lovely and very helpful went to the back to get me the shoes. Manu advises me that the shoes I picked in my size were “transferred” to the store in Brampton Bramelea Town center mall. He proceeded to go to the back and tell Terna, very discreetly, not to bring the shoes. I followed him and caught him telling her to lie about it. I could tell she felt uncomfortable because when I looked at her in disbelief about the shoes being “transferred” in 15 minutes, she looked at me with an apologetic look and stated she did not want to get involved.Manu If you were not able to do the discount why not just be honest and tell me that instead of making up this story about the shoes being “transferred” to another store. You wasted my time by making me go home and come back. Manu then proceeded to be rude and refused to sell me the shoes. My mother who was with me was absolutely shocked at Manu’s blatant lie and called him out on it. Manu then threatened to call security on US!!!! I asked Terna to show me a smaller size and the best part is, the smaller size ended up being a better fit which Manu did not expect. Manu tried not to give me the shoes and the discount but the joke was on him because I was able to get the discount on my purchase anyway. I like to call this instant Karma!!! I have been shopping at this location for years and the staff are typically lovely, however going forward I will NEVER return thanks to this unprofessional lying Manager Manu. I asked for the owners name and he refused to give it to me. He made the sales girl Terna feel so uncomfortable with his lies too. The whole time we were completing the transaction, Manu was texting on his phone probably trying to do some damage control. I asked for the owners name and he refused to give it to me but was texting someone the whole time probably lying to them about the whole incident. I want to contact the owner of this store to let him know that Manu is a terrible manager who is lying to their Customers. He basically refused to sell me the shoes because he did not want me to get the discount.This store has always had excellent staff, my family and I have been shopping here for years. I just don’t understand why someone would do this? Is there something about the compensation structure at Coco which incentivize managers to keep a discount from customers? Or was it just some very weird power trip?I am not sure how to get the owners name and contact information so I will be going on twitter and other social media in hopes of connecting with the owner. 25 years in Canada and I never experienced this type of terrible customer service!

My husband and I went to this store location and the employee who was working was a bit rude in giving comments. We decided to cancell the purchase and surprisingly the employee said we do not have enough money to buy the boots. We ended leaving the store upset because of the comment.

Coco Erin Mills. Worst customer service ever. She was so rude I will never go back there.
