No one there works for Uhaul and no one will help you. The staff will only say they will not release your reserved truck without a lock number, which Uhaul never gives. The sign-in link did not work. The Uhaul account I just made could not be accessed. I waited 45 minutes for a Uhaul representative to help me and when I finally got her on the phone she would not release the truck to me and said that I had to go through my Uhaul account. I used the link to change my password but I never got a confirmation number. After wasting 1 hour I left and rented a truck from National for 1 day for less money. If Uhaul tries to charge $19.95 on my credit card I will dispute this because they never provided me with a truck.

Wrong address. I occasionally see people trying to access a uhaul truck in the parking lot via their cell phones
