My car was towed and stored at city wide impound, after a unbeknownst to me, friend was driving suspended. I drive a 2015 Cadillac escalade premium I had gotten only in Nov from the Cadillac Dealership with less than 90,000km. My car has never had any issues and purrs like a kitty... when I got to my vehicle.. the battery was completely dead, and now warning messages for my suspension and leveling... I'm not impressed!! I'm going tomorrow to file damages claim... this is ridiculous.

Daytime robbery should be what they call their services. We had a truck in their Okotoks impound yard at $75 / day. They didn't call me back for 2 days, then it was the weekend, of course how convenient just to keep racking up the fees. Makes you wonder how companies like this are allowed to operate and treat customers like this.

Called dispatch at 10:30pm they didn’t send send out a truck till after I called back an hour later when they realized my call wasn’t processed. Waited till 12:15 on the side of the road. Explained that I was pulled over at a road side rest stop and didn’t need a second flagging truck. They sent one anyway. $478.90 for a 32km tow.Wow…. Just wow.For what it’s worth, the operator was competent and courteous.

My mother recently required assistance with her vehicle and City Wide was recommended by her mechanic. She called and was told it would be about an hour and they would call when enroute. No more than 10 minutes later she received a call informing her they were on their way. Mike and Aden arrived and promptly and efficiently saved the day. Absolute gentlemen and their kindness almost moved my mother to tears she was so thankful. In this day and age it's encouraging to see that there is still top tier service with a smile available in Calgary. Many thanks to City Wide and Mike and Aden, you all are greatly appreciated.

They did a great job taking my car to the mechanics. He was very careful and detailed oriented. I believe Mike was the name of the person who took care of my car. I scheduled the tow for 730am and he was there on time. Very reasonable price too!

Gotta give Nick a tremendous thumbs up for his help with a very special Porsche today. The amount of care he took in making sure that no damage was caused was above and beyond. On top of that, just an all round friendly guy who truly takes his job seriously. 10/10 would recommend City Wide, especially if you get the privilege to be helped by Nick.
