Cabane à sucre Erabilis
This is a nice and cozy place that keeps one of Quebec's tradition : The Cabane à Sucres. The food was absolutely delightful and there is nothing to complain about. You should expect a buffet where you take care of your own things. There were no one to fill our drinks but you know what that is alright like that. There is a spot at the entrance where you can have water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. This is included in your entrance fee. If you wish to have bottled drinks, you are expected to pay for the additional fees. The owner walks around and take the feedbacks along the meal. Friendly person with a nice attitude. It's not a place for young kids, as there are nothing to entertain them here. Nothing outside to play with or to see either. Definitely worth the visit and I recommend the place, if you enjoy delicious foods for an average price. Thank you!

J'y suis allée avec un groupe et l'organisation fut simple. Le propriétaire à répondu à nos questions rapidement.Le jour de l'événement tout c'est très bien déroulé, la nourriture était bonne et en quantité suffisante. La tire est excellente!Le personnel est sympathique!

Un magnifique repas très bon avec une très belle ambiance, le prix d’entrée et largement raisonnable. Buffets à volonté et vraiment c’est très bon. Ambiance comme à la maison, amis, famille autour d’une bonne table. La tire comme dessert c’est génial. Je recommande fortement⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Superbe cabane à sucre ! L’accueil est chaleureux, le propriétaire à à cœur que tous les clients ne manque de rien! Il prend le temps de placer chaque table et de donner les explications nécessaires ! Le repas servit en buffet est excellent, très diversifié ! Et en plus on peut acheter les vinaigrettes et autres petites produits. Les prix sont très bien aussi pour ce que l’on a eu !! En prime la tire à volonté, miam ! Expérience à recommencer assurément !

Family-run and family friendly. A great place to go to for a more varied menu for your sugar shack/cabane a sucre experience - both in the classic food and the healthy options. The meal is done in courses, with everything explained to you before the food is set up in the buffet. The maple toffee/ tire sur la neige is served after the main meal, at the same time as the dessert buffet. They also have a hot beverages menu that rely on maple infusions - as well as maple items for purchase.

A great experience, a mix of traditional and tasty food served in a self-serve manner that leaves you full and satisfied by the end. The owner is quite eco-conscious and makes a large effort to make you feel at home. Would reccomend.

It was very nice. Food was good, liked the introduction and history of the place. Only criticism would be: although the owner came by to ask how everything was and if there were questions, a little more interaction, e.g. buffet + 1 station mis-en-place, where maybe crepes are made to order, would be amazing. Everything tasted great and I liked the flair of the place.
