The food was great, as always. The staff was inattentive and took a ridiculous amount of time to actually be seated in a nearly empty restaurant.

Super friendly service, would give 6 stars if I could. Lovely spot overall as it was quite clean and I guess was recently built and kept in great shape. Wings were tasty and loved the selection that was available.

Absolute horrible service by the owner. Staff was wonderful and apologetic but the owner was as bad as they come.Will not eat here again.

Walked in and waited 15 minutes. When nobody noticed or even acknowledge that I was there I got up and left. Today's generation haven't got any people skills. To busy with their heads in their phones to notice the world around them. This was my third time here and each time got a little worse. As much as I like wings it is sad to say that I will not be returning.

Wonderful food, great service, attentive wait staff. While it is quite expensive, I definitely recommend that anyone visiting Springdale visit it.

Me and my boyfriend just ate there this evening for supper. Owner was very pleasant and polite. You can tell everyone is trying their best and that's what matters. Food came out crazy fast, and it was all very fresh. It was probably one of the best times I've had at Wing'n It. Would highly recommend.

The service was even worse than the prior reviews indicated. We were a table of four and the only ones in the restaurant. It took us 30 minutes to receive our food without any check in. The server was missing in action and didn’t check in on our table even ONCE - not even to offer a refill of water. I ordered the NFOD wings. Apparently the spiciest. When I asked what was the pepper used for the sauce, the server said he had no idea. The wings were underwhelming - soggy, moderately spicy, and overpriced. Suffice to say, this will be my last trip to Wing N It.
