GPS was hired by the city following fire that took my house; due to a dispute over the payment they had with the city they put a lean against my property. They were not hired by me, I had nothing to do with them and they dragged me into their fight with the city. Very unethical conduct

I paid a invoice to them then 4 months later they charged my Visa for that same invoice and refuse to send me back my money, They wont answer calls or emails. Theifs DO NOT TRUST!!!!

Alert ! Clients and EmployeesWorst company in Edmonton . Stealing employees money in many ways like Uniform rental , PPE also form of uniform cost , Bank hours which never got in pay , hours missing in pay cheque . Lots of employees got harassed so far in this company by lady name start A...a and guy name J....h sitting at reception . This company hired 3 people who work in office and tell them to harass all the employees . Owner doesn’t like to face any issues of their employees . Lots of labour board and CRA complaints about this company But I guess nobody cares about this employer .Mostly 5 Star reviews are from company management and their family like Joseph , Ramsoondar you can see all those belowLooking very forward to get reply from employer here what he says about all this and would like to write many more .

Unprofessional Company, disorganized management more importantly they are stealing employees's money by creating thousand reasons to scam employees .They don't have much work for their employees but they keep hiring new guard just to give them call anytime they find one week contract .Also they are violating laws by charging employees saying that they are speeding while using Company vehicles and charged them money .They are treating their employees as slaves .ADVICE :If you don't change your way of doing thing and stop stealing employees's money you will end up Bankrupt .During pay day the bosses they hide themselves they don't want to be seen by Employees because the game they are playing to steal employees money.Until now they are still calling me to work for them and keep stealing me.They hired new comers and people who don't speak English to steal them.GO AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!

Not really sure what passes for communication with these guys. I kept getting harassed with phone calls, four calls in three days, asking for some guy. I explained to two different people that they had the wrong number, and kindly asked them to stop calling me. Lo and behold, the next day they called me again. I ended up blocking the number. Clearly someone failed to remove my phone number even after asking.[ Edit ] I have screenshots to prove I have been called four times in three days. I have never had any association with this company, and there is no reason I should be getting called. Explaining the situation to the first person I talked to, she told me she would remove my number from the files. Not twenty-four hours later, I get another call. So really, this is nowhere near incorrect.

poor customer service at edmonton gps security office. i talk to lady ANITA at edmonton gps office. she don't know how to talk to customers. she need lots of customer service skills. i have read so many bad reviews about her . but nobody taking actions to correct it. if you guys have not heard my voice , i ll go to more higher authorities.

I wish I could give them -5 if available. They never raised our pay and never paid overtime and statutory pay and had been stealing money putting in box 42 which can’t be reimbursed when filing taxes. Paid vacation pay after reporting to Alberta Labour Court I received my pay after 3 months of the contract ended. I have been harassed by their Calgary manager who continually threatened me to kill me and asked personal questions which is beyond workplace ethics. Fredy the owner has been not taking even the alberta labour board seriously. I hope they won’t get any contract in future so that other people won’t suffer. They are not BBB accredited

Never had their services but their driving is atrocious and dangerous. Today one of their trucks nearly ended up hitting me and sending me into the ditch. She entered into the lane I was entering from a ON RAMP MERGE. Terrible

Wish it was possible to rate them less than 1 star. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Myself and every other GPS employee I spoke to had issues with getting paid for all of their hours worked. They take advantage of their workers to an extent I’ve never seen before. When I raised the payroll issue with manager Joseph his reply was, “there is no issue with peoples paychecks, all the employees of GPS are just dumb.” DO NOT WORK FOR THEM, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

As a past employee. Gps is a great place to work. The company itself is top notch and management is very professional and great people to be around. There services are also great and have good equipment and well organized.
