This is the best updated modern hotel in NOTL area. Very clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful bathrooms. Patio in the summer was nice to grab a bite and enjoyed a drink at the bar. Would recommend and will stay here again!

Just spent two nights at this exquisite hotel and loved every aspect of our stay! The hotel is located right in the heart of Niagara on the Lake and is a very close drive to several amazing wineries. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a Signature Deluxe King room that was stunning. From the fireplace to the beautiful bathroom with rain shower and large soaking tub-it was the perfect winter getaway! It's the little amenities that make this hotel stand out-Nespresso machines in the room, lovely robes, underground parking and a quaint and quiet atmosphere.During our stay, we were able to visit the spa for a hydrotherapy circuit that was relaxing and the perfect way to start off the morning before heading out for some wine tasting. Looking forward to our next stay already!

Stayed here on July 4th with my family. Great location and staff were very friendly but the room was so incredibly hot last night. My toddler and we were sweating all night unfortunately. The AC wouldn’t go beyond a certain temp and we were just too tired to go down to reception.Staying here again with friends later this month but hopefully we won’t have the same problem! Other than that the room was nice, clean, modern and spacious. The restaurant looks great too but we didn’t end up eating there.

Came to the NOTL bar and restaurant for a casual dinner. The food was okay, the service was okay, the ambiance was very nice. Sunny day, with the patio doors open, and we sat inside.Would recommend it given its one of the more modern feeling places in the old historic downtown. Don't expect anything amazing with the food; you could just come for a snack or some drinks and it would be just as nice an experience.

We stayed at the Hotel apartment in King Street only 5 mins walk from hotel where we had breakfast. Food excellent both at breakfast and the 4 course dinner which was exceedingly good. High quality of food and service. Incredibly comprehensive wine list.

We had an amazing stay here last week and will return 100% in future. From the moment we walked in we loved the hotel. Amber, Debbie and the rest of the front desk staff were very friendly and super helpful in assisting us with where to go for dinner and even with travel arrangements to and from the wineries. We had an unexpected upgrade to our room which was so nice for our couples getaway, the King suite was spacious, with a nice couch area and a kitchen area, it was a bonus to have two toilets as well. The bar staff was also so friendly and made the most amazing drinks!! The Spa part of the hotel also has an amazing hydrotherapy area with so many different options, we spent an afternoon there and really enjoyed all the different sensory experiences.Thank you for a nice week away to end off the year!

Fantastic boutique hotel with European vibes. Stayed for brother's wedding, and every single employee we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure everyone was happy. Also, conveniently located right beside an independent grocery store, attached to a Starbucks, and right in the middle of the beautiful strip of downtown with shops, restaurants, and cafés everywhere. Could not ask for much more.

We just finished a two night stay at 124 on Queen and I so wish I could give a 5/5 review, however there were a few parts of our stay that weren't quite up to our expectations. Firstly, we were upgraded to a beautiful King One Bedroom which was great - the room was nicely renovated and large - but the floors seemed like they had a bit of a residue on them. This lead to the floors being a bit slippery and we felt like our feet were dirty when barefoot. The complimentary robes and slippers were a nice touch though. Secondly, we were lucky enough to be able to use the Hydrotherapy Circuit twice during our stay which was lovely. The hot pool, steam room, snow room and sauna were all so relaxing. The unfortunate part about our spa experience was the change room floors were filthy (appeared to not have been swept/mopped after closing the night prior), the bathing suit bags were not stocked, the sauna was not properly set up for the days use, there were clumps of hair and used cups around the hot pool deck, there was scum in each corner of the hot pool, and there were no sandals available to use around the pool deck. While these may seem like nit picky items, when paying almost $100 for this circuit, there is an expectation that things will be prepped and ready for the spa users. To end on a high note, we had breakfast at Treadwell's each morning and it was fantastic! We wish we had taken advantage of their prix-fixe dinner menu - this is on our list for next time as is the hotel lounge. It is very modern, bright and nicely decorated and we will be getting a drink there next time! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at 124 on Queen and will visit again.

beautiful hotel and great staff. However, the room we stayed in, while very nice had issues. the bathroom had no hooks to hang towels and the door to the bathroom was quite heavy.the handicapped button was apparently malfunctioned. also, the rainfall shower had very low water pressure. If these were not involved, I'd give the hotel a much higher rating.

Went to spend the afternoon at 124Q with my best friend. We did the 2 hour hydrotherapy circuit. We thought the price paid for the time and quality of the amenities was excellent. We did not eat or stay overnight but it was a lovely time spent checking in on each other and rejuvenating. We are both busy entrepreneurs and moms and we found 124Q the perfect mix of a social and relaxing setting. It's not a quiet type spa there was a birthday group in at the same time as us that got a little loud every now and then however we enjoyed watching them have a blast! They provide you with a robe and slippers and the changeroom is fully stocked. The staff is extremely attentive always walking around asking if we needed anything and topping up the drinkable water. We will definitely be back!
