I've gone into this store a few times now and am severely underwhelmed. It has a good concept, but no identity. All I can describe it is a store full of stuff. Lots of different stuff but just stuff. Local good from different vendors and lots of kid things, but it's all very overpriced I feel.Nice and clean, with super friendly staff and some cool things. But it just misses the mark. I've yet to actually find something I need to have in the store. It's very gimmicky and overpriced unfortunately. Don't get me wrong they have some cool things, but nothings cheap. High end products for a specific market.

Beautiful decor, jewellery, make a friend centre and so much more.Showcasing local collaborators and young entrepreneurs makes this store a unique experience each time you enter.

One of my favourite places to go. Has something for everyone. We have some amazingly talented local artisans and it’s great to see them displayed here. Our go to place for birthday presents, baby gifts and everything in by. The team here are always very welcoming and friendly too. We usually end up staying for an hour looking and chatting. The new layout is going to be amazing. Keep up the good work

As a collaborator for 1 year and 9 months, The Happy Hippo has given me a second home. They have treated me with such love and respect since day one that I stay exclusive to them. While visiting or dropping off stock, I see the way they greet every customer who comes in with such happiness. It makes me so grateful to be a part of this family. There is always something to find in this cute store for everyone in the family! A great place to support local and have fun while doing it!

I love everything about this store! The first time I went in, I was in awe. The staff are amazing and love what they do, they have everything for you or your child! Definitely worth the drive to Woodstock if you’re not from there. If you are, what are you waiting for?!?!

I love going into The Happy Hippo Co. The people working are always friendly, the store is clean and bright. The number of local collaborators inside the store is also phenomenal as I prefer to shop local which The Happy Hippo Co allows me to do and introduces me to small businesses I may not have known about previously. The concept is brilliant!

As an artisan of The Happy Hippo I can say the atmosphere of this brick and mortar is such a bright, fun and lively one. They offer a variety of items and have truly developed into a 'something for everyone shop'. From everything under the sun for your little ones ...to jewelry, decor, plants, a selection of food items & much more. The staff are always a pleasure to be around, welcoming all who enter with cheery smiles and a helpful hand. They actively promote all their artisans and I for one am very grateful for their support and to be a part of such a vibrant and upbeat community.

As a collaborator, I can also say I was a customer first. I always leave with a unique find and often shop here for kids birthday presents. I love that there is a huge selection for parents and grandparents to shop while the kids are browsing. Definitely worth the trip to downtown Woodstock!
