I enjoy here but I don’t like how I was treated today. In Aylmer everybody knows everybody and everywhere is treated with respect and kindness, making you feel welcome…like a family. I bought three drinks today, wasn’t my first time either. Anyway, it came in a cheap flimsy cup holder, expected to hold 3 heavy and tall drinks. Of course my drinks fell outside out of the cup holder. I walked back in and told the cashier and she proceeded to tell me that because it happened outside the store they cannot do anything and they would be losing money. ($6 drink) A part of excellent customer service is catering to your guest and listening and understanding. No, I was cut off mid sentence. Remaking one drink won’t take out of your daily profits, makes it seem like this is more of making money than being a great spot for the summer for the community.

Beautiful new place! The service is good and fast. I’m happy with my mango presotea, delicious and refreshing. I recommend this place, i’m going back for sure.

For real, the best bubble tea in the region. Had the pineapple/mango slushie with extra pearls and it was bomb.

J’ai essayé trois sorte de smoothie à la mangue et je les ai tous adoré. Les personnels est sympathique. Ils ont leur moment de rush mais l’attente en vaut la peine. Les boissons sont si fraîches et délicieuses. Je recommande!!!

Beaucoup trop bruyant. On entend la cuisine beaucoup trop dans une aire ouverte et écho sans muret. Ca ne donne pas le goût d'y aller. Service lent pour le prix élevé même si pas si occupé. Ca rend fou juste attendre en ligne avec le vacarme.Way too loud. You hear loud blenders non stop. Service is slow for the price asked. You almost go crazy just waiting for your order with the loud noises.

I went twice since it opened and even though they are still training some of their employees my taro milk teas were good both times.
